authentic ang sinigang. Personally mas gusto ko ung authentic way of cooking. Fruity at d sobrang maasim ang sinigang. Ganun ang tunay na sinigang ng matatanda sa una hindi sinigang mix ang gamit. Yung namayapa kong lola hindi gumgamit ng sinigang mix. Tunay na sampaloc, santol, bayabas, kalamyas, hilaw na mangga, kalamansi etc.
