They are friends since before super cat tales 2 (whitch is a prequel of super cat bros). They met out of screens. And Brutus live in Hiraki city, whitch is very close to Alex and Amy's house, and he appeared in Alex and Amy's house in the Christmas event

you would need to play the level S.S. GEAR and watch an ad at the end about 42 times to afford the flute and the dictionary, 21 times if you have the genie lamp wich you need to play 26 times to get, so 47 times if you go get genie lamp and then get the dictionary and the flute

They are in one of the levels i think two levels after this one so 6-7 maybe i could be wrong

If you have the item eternal ember and the cat Brutus

enter the level and get the cat Brutus you will get down and see the LAST BELL but I don't know about the first bell

Dunno what people are talking about, but you only need the flute, the dictionary isn't tied to unlocking Brutus
