Yes parantha can be heavy. You can eat it as brunch (breakfast+lunch) or use less to no ghee/butter to make them. Also add green vegetables to make parantha. And make them from multigrains (millets) like barley, jowar, brajra, etc. Then paratha will become more healthy. Fruits are also great option.
