im gonna get a copy of the seige encampments. It will be my first brick link designer set. Made by the same designer who made the mountain fortress. Lego will be making more castles that the seige will go great with. I've been following the brick link designer program since series 2 and watch what sells out fastest. I believe the seige will sell out first and then the train or the seaside market. Model trains collectors have a very strong following as well. They love bringing the trains to life.
@@jesscpyleful I agree 100%. However, unlike castle fans, most train fans are MOCers, and for good reasons. They are generally into really fine details. For this reason, most generally prefer Rebrickable more than official retail sets which often slack on details to lower the piece count (price)
I don’t know if you know this but, Bricklink sets are not allowed exclusive prints or parts so hypothetically you could build all these sets just from pick a brick online
FYI, you said that “unique pieces” were exclusive to each set, but that’s not what that means. It just means how many different pieces are in each set. So, for example, a mosaic set that includes 2,000 1x1 tiles in 12 different colors would count those 2,000 pieces as “12 unique pieces.” Exclusive pieces means something very different, and they’re pretty rare (except for minifigs).
2x Seige, 2x Market, and 2x Train sets for me. And it will sell out in that order. The market and the seige are essential to the castle theme right now because it's unique and absent. We currently do not need another big gray castle. We need supporting sets, and these two fit the bill perfectly for the castle world.
@@valenteproductions It will sell out within 4x hours, mark my words. Personally I don't think it's pricey at all. If you compare it to retail sets of similar piece count, it's in the same ball park. We also have to take into account that BDP sets are limited run and not mass produce on the same scale as retail sets. Even if it is overpriced, the little difference wouldn't matter in the long run.
@@valenteproductions I just feel fortunate enough to have the BDP program, where the fans actually have some say in what is to be produced. If it didn't exist, the castle fans would be taking a huge loss. I hear people complaining left and right about the prices. But I say, what makes me feel like a kid on Christmas morning again, is priceless.

That’s what it’s called! 😂

That’s true. I’m curious to see if the siege even if considered pricy, sells out the quickest!

@vietrounder guess we just gotta wait and see! Love the optimism!

Still researching and figuring out which sets I’ll purchase to resale. I’ll likely get 1-2 sets but not sure which ones.
I think castle going do good. seem like people like castle sets.

Riverside Schoolars would look amazing with DnD set! I think I might pick it up. Rest of the sets? I might buy them mostly for LT investment.
Oh yes that could defo work!
Wild West Train is the only thing I care about in this series. It's too good not to buy!
