What do YOU think of "Snap Tap" & Would YOU use it?
This is a weird thing I didn't know, I think a fix for it might be just enable it for all players in the settings in CS2 similar to the follow recoil crosshair. because I think using Macro's in any game is too easy to execute for a majority of players, trying to ban it seems very hard (and re-source2 intensive), and making it accessible to everyone would at least level the playing field (pressing a+d at the same time for wiggle walking).
I am here after Valve's ban. I knew it was joever when they added Snap Tap detected in their last update
They realised how many people used it. for someone that never used binds etc it benefits me massively

The argument that Lekker/Hall Effect switches are "cheating" is pretty dumb tbh. I get the argument on the Snap Tap software feature, but trying to say that .1mm actuation is cheating is like saying its cheating to have an optical mouse when you're up against someone on a roller ball. If you're gonna start regulating keyboard switch types, might as well regulate refresh rates and polling rates too.
been playing for 10 years now. got a snao tap keyboard it's not cheating.
Valve next update: 60hz refresh rate lock
I think in pro play players should just have a gentlemen's agreement to not use it. But for normal people I don't see this much more different than having a 240hz monitor or a better mouse or even messing with Nvidia settings to see before smokes fully disappear
why not, in 6 months every gamer keyboard will have magnetic switches and this feature

As a custom keyboard enthusiast, I assure you this board is absolutely not worth its price tag. Even the Wooting is overpriced for what you're getting in 2024. A year ago, sure, but now every keyboard parts maker is pumping out new parts to replicate what Wooting started.
Suggestions on alternatives to Wooting and Razer that offer similar software packages?
@@AFOPatches Keychron Q1 HE with VIA, but give it another year and the options will open up. Gateron already has a pretty wide selection of Hall Effect switches, Akko has some, and several other companies have them in the works. VIA is the best keyboard customization software on the market, hands down.

@@stevep6317 Sorry but the Lekker switches are superiour to Keychrons own switches, Gateron are OK but Lekker are the best at the moment and a Keychron with Gateron costs just as much as a wooting.

I couldn't focus on the video as my subconciousness reacted to the weak background music trying to figure out if they are runescape hymes, and unless I am crazy, they are..!
typing this on my wooting 60he rn bought it a few weeks ago. have 50-70 ping and it makes me feel like i have 30 ping worth it
yeah wooting is awesome
its the same cheating as 240 hz monitors or any ultra light wireless mouse with 4k polling rate, its not cheating at all in my opinion
Yeah it's not cheating... more like it's pay-to-win.
EDIT: And also, as a 144hz monitor user, 240hz is a bit overkill if you ask you me...

@@official.ajclaveria its just a saying, i know quake players that only use 240 and no higher because its somehow different hit reg, the higher the hz the better tho, the 500hz screen is crazy smooth, like looking through a window ive heard

Affect is extremely overrated but if you want this feature just buy a wooting instead, then you get the best keyboard currently available instead of the garbage that razor is
If you’re already good at counter strafing, not much more helpful. Huge advantage for someone who sucks at strafing to begin with, though
Null binds didn't really help me at all my strafes are already really good without it so it's only the guys with bad movement getting affected

nice, valve as usual: lets make sure we kick all these people from any match that buy a keyboard that helps the players with movement and not make a single improvement in anticheat or any other game mechanic that has been broken/partially damaged from csgo to cs2
