    Thank you to Mr. Scott Shields for this tour -- interesting and informative. I especially enjoyed learning about Thiebaud's most recent work. Bravo.

    I suspect the clown works are a reference to Edward Hopper's The Comedians where he depicted himself and wife Jo as clowns taking a bow at the end of his career.
