Not as quite for Diamond club at Royalton but still a bit tucked away from the main activity area

I observed you have also been to the Royalton St Lucia property. Which did you prefer? Or did you like both properties equally?
I think the diamond club hideaway in Negril is slightly a better option comparing to the diamond club Hideaway in St Lucia with more facility to enjoy at resort but St lucia has the beach right there very accessible while negril has a longer one. Tough call. Send me your dates for the trip I can compare proposals for you.
How do we reserve the swimout rooms at the regular hideaway like you suggested? We arrive on July 24th.

Beautiful resort but had an incident that really put a damper on our trip. I always like to tell travel agents as it's important they hear the good and the bad for potential guests...
One night my partner had bleach splashed at him. They promised to launch an "investigation" and after a few days came to the conclusion he was lying and had laid on the floor in bleach. So disappointing as most of the staff are so lovely.
What?!?! That's crazy! Did he see who did it? Did you call the police?
@@LUXTRVL It was a member of their staff working on the pool at night. He came into the room really upset to so we went down to the diamond lounge (we had checked in there so figured it doubled as a front desk for us) and security showed up, took his hat as evidence (which was never returned) and told us to talk to a manager tomorrow. I posted photos to Trip Advisor, it's pretty clear he didn't lay on the floor in bleach...
We didn't call the police. The next day a manager assured us she'd check all cameras, interview people, etc. so we figured it would be handled.
So disappointed it ended up like that because otherwise, we found the resort lovely!
