I'm doing this right now on my wife's 2008 4.0 T&C. Same code, same injector @ 170k miles. Thanks for sharing, looks like you had fun getting into that wire harness!
Why would you go through all that just change the damn injector and if it still came on I would check the wiring then usually just the wiring at the connector
Sorry my first video ever. There is another on the P204 that shows a red hair dryer. That's how I determined I had a bad injector. Has continuity when the injector was cold...but heat it up and open circuit. Hope this helps.
Thought I replied to this a few days ago but it obviously didn't take. There is a second video that starts with a red hair dryer. In a nut shell my wife would drive fine until the engine warmed. The hair dryer simulated engine heat and the injector would go to open circuit. I replaced the injector and this solved the problem.

Did replacing the injector fix it, my wife’s van is having the same issue
Yep, that was definitely the problem. Been running without any issue now since January.
