Edd's Not-So-Crappy Song 2016 EXTENDED REMASTER

I remember reading that the late Edd Gould's now famous "Edd's Crappy Song" was made entirely using garageband samples and loops. Having noticed the absolutely abhorrent compression on the original that's been circulating, I decided to see if I could actually replicate it exactly using my own loops. Turns out I could. XD
THUS we have a version of Edd's actually-pretty-swell Song completely uncompressed and restored in HQ... along with a few surprises of my own division... (I hope DeuceDeuce doesn't mind...)
That said, I do appreciate how they've kept using the original file all these years... it's quite touching, really. :'-)

I basically just found the loop bank from the old version of Garageband that Edd used, and discovered a few other loops were in there that I'd never heard before. Thought it'd be fun to remaster the original seeing as how compressed it'd gotten over the years, and extended it with a bit of my own flair and the unused loops. ;-)
@@MKtheinstrumentalist Hey there, I was wondering what version of Garage band you used for this? Been trying to find the original loops and samples used and I’m not having much luck doing so.
@@locobandito7536 Garageband 4, aka Garageband '08, is the one I currently use, but I think the one the samples came from might've been Garageband 3. It's so irritating that they whittled down the libraries over time, the latest has barely anything.
@@MKtheinstrumentalist Thanks for letting me know, I've been trying to find the loops used throughout "Edd's Crappy Song", specifically the violin loop and the trombone/brass loop from the beginning. I haven't haven't had any luck searching for them online, even with searching for "Garageband 3 loops". I know what you mean, whilst I've moved on from using GarageBand, I remember there wasn't a whole lot in the range of loops when I did use it. Do you know of anyway I might be able to get the original loops without having to try and sample it from the original song?

@@maxypookiedookie Yes I know I've heard the news there comeing back and it's a shcokr to me becuse I thuoght me and my firends stopped working on the show back in 2016, I guess I was wrong they are gonna work on the show but they are gonna work on the show without me yep I use to work on the show with them but I can't beacuse I'm in ths U.S and they are in the UK so it looks like they have to work on the show without me.

One Max to another, I don't actually know - I think they removed it from newer versions of the Garageband sample library for some dumb reason. That said, I can probably send it to you on G-Drive or something, as I never updated my GB. ;-D

Aight Imagine this: Rocky cliff, Sun setting, Main villain comes out from in front of the cliff, occasionally dashing into the horizon, before dashing back and splitting the stage in two. (The stage does regenerate back together though.) The only way to damage him is by, when the stage splits in two, the boss will go in between them both. Attack while he's there.

everything in the original except the cowbells (just two notes on the default drumkit) is from the very early garageband loop library - I sourced mine from the '08 version.

Old version of Garageband, slapped a bunch of Apple Loops on a few tracks with default volume, and voila! The only actual 'instruments' he keyed in are the bells at 0:19, using one of the default drumkits. I added my own flair to the one for this remaster, but working backwards I figured out that's basically what he did.
