Sa teachers ko po, kapag daw po hinahanap ang value ng mga parts po sa ellipse, mas preferred po nila na wag gumamit ng decimal kasi rounding errors may happen when using decimals po sa paghahanap at di daw po accurate ang value, kaya sa graphing lang po ito ginagamit. Tanong ko lang po kung paano isolve ang directrix with 16/2√3 rather than 16/3.4 po sa ganitong case. Thank you po.
Hello po sir! Hindi po ba kailangan hanapin yung eccentricity para kuhanin yung diretrix yung formula for eccentricity "ae=b" then formula for diretrix "let d be the length of center and diretrix" magiging "d=a/e"?
@@karl817 pwede din po kunin mo yung eccentricity .. nag shortcut lang po ako ng formula for directrix.. kc if e substitute mo yung value ng e sa diretrix na formula you will get the same equation... d=a/e, d= a/c/a you will get the same answer which is a^2/c

@@PreciousAinhaManaresai hello po in ellipse it should be a-b... Madami pong nalilito dyan because of Pythagorean theorem formula.. but just always remember in ellipse to get foci it should be a-b
