- Trout season is upon us ladies and gentlemen! Weather has taken a turn for the cold and the fish are here to play! Fall fishing and so cal trout season is officially here! Nov 3, 2024 we headed up to Crystal Lake with the float tubes to escape some of the crowds! The lake definitely did not disappoint with plenty of decent sized trout. Man, this was my go to lake in the 80s-late 90s. Mini jigs in black w/sparkle always did the trick. Good to know water level went up, hopefully we get more rain this coming winter. Any sighting of Jason Voorhees?😂. Thanks for posting video.
Its a beautiful lake forsure just a bit of the weeds need to die off. Haha im sure he was out there it looked like a scene straight outta a horror movie at first light😅
