I saw the Sony ULT field 7 at Best Buy today and boy that speaker is massive it makes the hyperboom, Sony XG500, and the JBL BB look small. Sony really improved their sound quality.

It's giving decent bass and sound for such a small speaker, it doesn't sound like a true subwoofer though
