My step dad came into my life many years ago and I was intimidated by him. It wasn't til about 5 years ago when I started treating him like my Dad. He's a good dude, but my biological father wasn't. My step dad is my Dad and I tell him I love him daily now. I'm even taking his last name, because he's given me love that I was made to believe I didn't deserve, until he came along. Dry Bar Comedy is genuine treasure and has a special place in my heart. I love these comedians and they make my days brighter. Thank you VidAngel.
You definitely are deserving of love - and there is no end to the love God has for us. I could never, ever sacrifice my child for the world. Myself, yes, go ahead and kill me, but leave my precious child alone!! We all deserve love, although we might not feel like we do at times (I know I don't feel worthy of love), but God has more love than we can imagine for us!
When I was 8 my mother married a wonderful man. He was not only good to my brother and I but he recognized that my father was my Dad. My mother worked weekends and when my Dad visited the four of us often did things together. They built some child sized furniture for us. We called them both Daddy.
I love how he got the audience involved in his Dad's walk to school bit. My Dad was hilarious and he said the same things just to make us laugh. Of course he had to walk 12 miles uphill both ways barefoot in the snow, but "Six of those miles were behind enemy lines with your Aunt Gertrude on my back". When we were kids he told us to not put our gum wrappers in the ashtrays of his car because it was too expensive to flip the car over to empty them. He and Mom and I were at a railroad crossing waiting for a train to pass, when it finally did we noticed it had two cabooses. Dad said "Look!, Cabeese!" Mom and I laughed ourselves to tears. 16 years now without him, I think about him every day.
@@stephaniefisher2241 I'm glad that my late father brought a smile to you. Cheers, and good luck to you. He once told me I could see the stars during the daytime by looking through the sleeve of my jacket. I bought into it, and he poured a pitcher of water down the sleeve.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this gentleman. He not only made me laugh out lout repeatedly, but he touched my heart. What a great guy! Love and hearty laughter, what a great combination! Thank you.

I might have lung cancer. I've been putting it on the back burner for some time now. It's time that I.... walk it off. Thanks dry bar for another funny one.
"working clean" shows REAL talent. "Shock" is EASY. "clean" requires REAL HUMOR that's relatable and still funny as all get out. Rare is those who can do BOTH, sometimes in the same set, like Carlin, But Overall, I enjoy "clean" as it's actually FUNNIER.
Binging Drybar videos for a couple of days now, this guy has been my favourite so far, which is saying a lot because they have had some tremendously talented comedians on here so far.
I have had the privilege of seeing Bob in a local Minneapolis show called Triple Espresso several times over the years. The whole show is delightful, but when he is part of the three-man crew, it’s something special. He does amazing shadow puppets. 🤣
I was in the front row at that show and my friend and I were laughing so hard we had slid down on to the floor. He stopped what he was doing, looked down at us, and said, "Are you two going to be okay?" We just choked and shook our heads, no.
How refreshing. A comedian who tells stories from his life that are delightfully funny instead of a person holding a microphone and trying to tell one after another bad jokes. Thank you.
I had 5 colonoscopy's and endoscopies before I turned 30. A doctor recently said he wanted me at 63 to get another colonoscopy. My response was, I met my lifetime quota years ago so the answer is NO. I had pain in the right side of my abdomen and I went to work. After 45 miles of driving I got to work. I proceeded to work for 14 hours in extreme pain. I finally left work and I got home. I was burning up and passed out. I was told when I finally woke up my appendix was minutes from bursting and why didn't call the ambulance earlier. When I told him I was working he could not believe I made it to work and home driving 90 miles total and working 14 hours. He told me I was stupid and I told him you are correct. Life lesson learned. If you are in pain, do not work more than your scheduled 8 hours.
What amazes me is that Colon cancer has to be really advanced before it causes pain, and your Colon is a whole lot lower than your appendix, so the pain in a higher point in your abdominal should have given him a clue. PS my husband had three and I know vicariously what you're talking about. Oh. Yeah, metric system, I thought we shot All those metric system road signs to pieces at the time the European government attempted to force us to do it
Bob, this is a beautifully crafted set. I enjoy seeing some of our favorite bits blended together so elegantly. You own that stage, my friend. We just watched Triple Espresso streaming this weekend as well. It's a privilege to experience your artistry, in person or virtually.
I got real sick and admitted into the hospital. I was so ill that they gave me one of those heavy drugs. I was sitting up in my bed and two kids, twins apparently, were running around my bed; the lights were on, then I yelled for the nurses to get these kids out of my room. I must have woke myself up b/c the lights were off and I could hear the nurses giggling at the station.
Such calm demeanor 😍he could be a preacher ! Loved how he delivered little msgs without the young crowed noticing. I have to say , I even tears up when he spoke about his parents . You Sir are more then just a comedian!

One of the best DryBar comedians. This guy is hilarious, genuine and kind.

Agreed!
"I lost computer files that night" bahahaha nice!
I agree. That line was GOLD!!
“Garden hose with camcorder”... Nailed it!
5🎉🎉
Nope! Your comment, "nailed it." LOL 😊
Bob needs an HBO Comedy Special! His comedy is very very tight and his entire set is perfect! Not a wasted second in the entire thing. AMAZING!
Better in person!!!

Way to go! clean/older, you’re the best one I’ve seen.
I feel his pain of getting old and love his sense of humor about it. His delivery is outstanding
The slow transition from hilarity to horror!
You just described the entire aging process.
I know, right? It was a great routine all the way but that slow transition of expression was just terrific.
That was perfect...
My buddy Bob!! Making all of us in Minnesota SO proud...and a little embarrassed sometimes. :) Love you Bobby!
That's why you people need to vote for Trump so you don't have to be embarrassed
I LOVE to hear an older comic not talk about how he's old so doesn't understand anything for an hour. This guy was brilliant!
Not many comedians make me laugh and fight back tears in the same set.
I felt that too.
I'm grinning and wiping under my eyes ...
""Walk it off." ; )
Yeah, that got me in the feels too.
Tide just get better cause I'm 3 minutes in and the guys terrible
WOW! First time seeing Bob. Absolutely loved it!😀
same.
Extremely wholesome and hilarious! The "walk it off" was built up so well
Oh man. That last punch line got me. That was genius.
Hahahahaha ,yesss.
"It did not go down stairs." Agreed. I might have gotten a step or two, but that was it.
...and then threw itself down the rest of the way.
Having this old man talk about his mom and dad makes me so jealous
Oof
Sorry to hear that brother! Take care!
Me too brother.

my heart. What a great guy! Love and hearty laughter, what a great combination! Thank you.
There is no way that I would be able to tell stories like this about my parents without becoming emotional. Bob's a talented man!

😂😂😂😂 the three words long overdue... WALK IT OFF😂😂😂😂
Bob, you are a big deal, I know who you are and you are hilarious! Thank you.
I heard Bob in the ‘80’s - he just grows with more comedic luster. He told some tender stories, too - made me cry. He’s a wonderful guy!
The man is not a comedian. He is a raconteur of the highest quality.
I looked up the definition and you are correct! And thanks 😊
Thank you, I love learning new vocabulary!
Watched this awhile back and thought l'd watch it again. Funny the second go round, too.
It takes a comedic
efficinato to make a colonoscopy hilarious. Effortless timing & delivery. Laugh from beginning to end. Blessings All😂🤟
And not a swear word uttered..........Brilliant.
@Mike Southon, you will never hear any swear words at Drybar Comedy.
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this! What a precious blessing! Thank you so much Bob!
This man is now my favorite comedian of all time. Such warmth and humor.
What a lovely bloke. That was funny and really heart warming.
Scared my 10 year old son when I fell off my chair from laughter, but then he laughed at me. Glad I found this comedian
The doctor was 15! And he brought his girlfriend! Loved it....heading toward my sixties, I’ve experienced this phenomenon a number of times.
The face he makes is epic…I keep coming back to listen to him
From here? I choked
The most perfect ending to any show, he is a master at storytelling
That's one of the best endings I've heard in a while. Way to bring it full circle in an unexpected way!
That was a fantastic ending. 🙏🙌
I'm gonna call my dad today. ❤
