Yeah, it looks like they were trying to get him to not ride off. And I wouldn’t even let him get back on his bike. Because it’s harder to get someone off a bike then to keep them from getting on it in the first place. I mean the guy couldn’t even tell his buddy what they did before the crash

I’ve replayed the clip several times and the bike swerved into the car for no reason you can tell by the shadows. Stupid and pointless putting yourself in danger like that.

fairly sure "passing on the right" is whoever does it is at fault regardless of the blinkers. so odds are it was the bikers fault.

@@sussysimon ah to be fair lots of clips in the video is motorcycle speeding and overtaking leaving them to caught off guard by someone about to take a left turn, overtaking 1 car just to be surprised because in front of the slow or stopping car there is someone in front of that vehicle that are taking turn simple as that. And filtering may cause problem lots of blind spots, bikes like to swerve causing to some vehicle to get confuse on when or where would they be going. Don't tell me its only 4wheels + is to blame. Clips here showed rider getting carried away doing banking its not a race track its a public road.
Steadily moving through traffic is actually safer than riding with traffic. But also almost 90% of these videos are of riders with less than 3 years experience. And it shows In their skills.

00:41 the biker is in the wong too. For the car it's pretty obvious why, but the biker is not allowed to pass her from the right, she had not left the main road at the moment he passes so they are both at the same location at the same time and this is because the motorcycle did what he couldn't have done with a car by passsing her from the right.

Dunno about local laws but certainly in the UK and in Australia you can when they are indicating the turn. So in at least those two countries you're flat wrong

5:04 tbh, this is on the biker in my opinion, why would u pass someone at this exact spot in a turn. Filtering might be legal, but u can clearly see how wide the vehicle is and can hopefully think that it isnt a smart idea to pass. just wait till the road ahead is more visible to safely pass the car.

The guy that said the woman hit him is a liar. The whole thing was his fault. He was trying to pass on the right in a 2 lane road and is supposed to slow down till she makes the turn completely
In Texas if someone is turning left on a 2 lane,and has their signal on,you can pass on the right, but if there is a wreck it's automatically your fault. She didn't have her signal on,so as far as he knows she could have been not turning and all,and he assumed,so you're right.

To many bikers these days getting mad over nothing, and Instead of just being safe and slowing down a little chooses to risk his life over his ego.

5:40 you asked me to comment below. I think they should not have been trying to pass. The road is too narrow for 2 way traffic already and it's nothing but blind turns. There is no way that every rider in that group was ok with 1 rider trying to decide they should all pass.
People who think they have a right to travel on the opposite side of the road forcing oncoming traffic to yield to them because ‘there’s plenty of room’ are the same people who want you to give them everything you own because ‘you will be happier owning nothing’
Its kind of funny how the "bikers" turn into a drama queen when a car encroaches there lane/space.....
You should really always be aware and guessing what buses and trucks will do. They have an incredible amount of blind spots, so you really have to stay back and never overtake them unless it’s like 100% safe to do so. Never stick close to those vehicles.

First Biker overtook the Woman on the Right in an intersection, not sure about the the Law where he lives but here overtaking on the right is against the law anyways. Yes she blinked left but changed her mind and thats why it is against the law here.
Second Biker is kinda Stupid, just because hes allowed to overtake dosnt mean he can do it everywhere anytime, the Truck just bearly fits onto that road and he chooses to overtake him in a freaking 90° bend, same with the Jeep he overtook them in a Corner, not sure how he got a license to drive a Bike in first place!

It's kind of ironic some of the riders getting mad when a car lane splits them. Looking at the speeds of some of the riders going 100+ mph cutting in and out of traffic. That is what causes a dislike for some motorcyclists. My family grew up riding, you have responsible and irresponsible drivers in all vehicles. Stay safe.
