Hi Susan, the way you shared my words affirmed my journey and the truth of it. Thank you! Some hearts will hear and sigh a "yes." They too will feel validated. Transitions - exactly as we move toward our next season. I keep having to adjust my makeup and am so grateful for the ideas I get from you and some of our friends. It seems like my face doesn't gradually age. It does it in small surges. I'll look at it some morning and it's aged overnight after being "stable" for some time. Wonder if that happens to anyone else. Then I find new tricks for the fresh surprises! Love you, xoxoxo, Sharon ❤
Transitions - exactly as we move toward our next season " I remember going to my doctor a few years ago after my divorce and he said " let me put you on a anti-depressant because you don't have to lead this tortured life of yours...worrying so much" and I was so amazed he thought I was tortured. I was born always looking at the world sideways and I feel it's something to covet not try to douse with pills. Melancholy with a side dish of tremendous joy and fulfillment has always been my life as long as I could be creative...as long as I could be in love. Ha....thank you Sharon for making me feel not so alone. I recited your words back in the video and lovely gals think it's a poem...and I guess it is your poem...I hope I did it justice.I can't thank you enough.... My love to you always, Sues ( no date tonight...snow and cold)
LittlePoet You recited my words, my life experience really, beautifully and with meaning. Melancholy, when not in the driver's seat, is a multifaceted jewel that shows us depths, inspires creativity, unveils mysteries, grows compassion and empathy, and refines our sensitivity for all things. We might need drugs at times to keep it in check, to keep us functional. I'd never want to erase the minor key. It's the minor key that makes us feel, that makes us weep with quiet joy! Far from torture. A heart of love, S. ❤❤❤
Marriage is a huge investment and when it doesnt work out people are devastated. I know many couples still ripping each other apart ten years after divorce. You are not angry or bitter and that is a big deal. You seem to be able to get outside of yourself while witnessing the struggle you are going through with acceptance in knowing that we are here to experience for the good or bad. I cant speak for others but when I turned 50, I realized just how short life was and I just wanted to put time and memories in a bottle because I didnt want it all to end because endings are very sad. When I first stumbled on to your video I didnt know if I could watch you because it might mean that I have to be honest with myself ... a trait I use to have. I have been thinking about you all day.
Mint, I know just what you mean when you say your face ages in small surges after being "stable" for some time. I never thought to articulate it that way, but I feel this way too.
Today is the first time I found your channel yet I share many of the same emotions. I am turning 58 this year and boy have I gone through big changes. It's ironic how we look at other older woman and can recognize their beauty but have become blind to our own. Some days TH-cam can be a curse because it is full of young beautiful young ladies and seeing their perfection makes us critical of ourselves. But my lines in my eyes are there because I smiled so many days from the joy from my children. I would not give one smile back. Yes there have been many dark days in y 57 years but every time in its own time the sun came out again. Keep being beautiful, that is what I saw looking at you.
Youa re so beautiful and kind Cheryl...your words are so wise...getting older is a jouney for a woman....we start to unlearn many things we thought were so important as young women...it feels so good to not be alone and I am so grateful you found me :) xxoo Susan
Hi Susan, I really enjoyed your video. I am 62 now and a breast cancer survivor. I used to have beautiful auburn hair until I lost it all to chemo. But as I went through that terrible journey and recovered, I learned that I was more than my hair. I now have beautiful salt and pepper grey hair that I get compliments on all the time from women who tell me how brave I am to go grey. I thank them, but I never considered coloring my hair when it grew back. I cherish it because everyday it reminds me that I was given another chance at life. We all have our things that make us feel special. I don't wear much make up, but I enjoy hearing about new products and skin care. Thank you for sharing and I think you look just lovely.
Oh jean you touch my heart and give me inspiration. Life is so precious and although our hair and skin are fun subjects what you just shared with us is the real heart of living. Another chance at life...I loved to read that..and that is so precious. I am so grateful you are a survivor and I am so grateful you are here. My love to you and yours, Sue & Cooper
I love your channel! This is the first video I watched and am now a subscriber. So now I am off to watch some more video's on your channel. Your are lovely!
I cried toward the ending of your video. You have the most soothing and comforting presence. You also have an artistic ability on how you make your videos that touches people. Thank you
What a lovely video. Thank you Sharon for your brave words. I love the videos with you and Cooper in the chair looking out the window. Take care- Sue in GR
This is a wonderful video Susan. The tips for mature woman are just as pertinent for all women. IMHO, make-up should enhance us - not hide us. One of the joys of being "mature" is that we can be proud of all that we have accomplished and of all that we have survived. We dont need to hide insecurities and doubts behind make-up. Hugs!
Thank you so much Ginger....things are moving so fast in my 60's it seems I have to be very light on my feet with all this dancing trying ot adpat to new needs. I think for me, makeup is aging me and I want to learn tricks to help that. But No makeup is bad too!!! Whatever it all is, it's so goash darn fun to me....thank you so much for being here and chatting Ginger!!! xxxoo
Thank you so much for giving of yourself in your video. As I just celebrated my 56th birthday, I've been looking in my mirror and seeing ugliness. I don't like getting older, but when I was watching your video it gave me hope... hope in the idea that I can change who and what I see when I look into my mirror, or at least change my thought process. There are so many good looking young people around me and I remember by the pictures of my past. The people that are no longer with me, also saddens me. When I look into the mirror, I see the pain and sorrow, I don't want to see it anymore. You are my inspiration. Thank you. Be Blessed.
Oh Crystal..you blew me away....you are everything... you are wonderful...you touched my heart in a way tonight that few have...I relate to every word you wrote and I am so grateful you are here....it isn't a short race..it's a long soft beautiful journey to rebuilding the house we have lived in for so long...
little poet, I am struck by your honesty. I am a woman of 60 and need to hear the changes you have made. Keep making the videos, I have a lot to learn. you are beautiful inside and out.
Your videos, while being informative, are so soothing to me due to your music and photography. Your femininity and positivity set my day in a loving way because of your self-love and care you give yourself. It's from the heart. Thank you.
I am just bouncing around watching some of your old videos, learning more about you. You are a poet and are probably a wonderful writer. I can just sit and listen to you talk. What you say sounds like a poem to me. It touches you somewhere deep inside. I struggle sometimes just to express myself. So to listen to your words and those you read from Sharon are so beautiful and touching. I have more of a tendency to try and make others laugh. 😄 Which can sometimes be hard in words in such a small space. ☺️ You have an amazing outlook and your home is gorgeous and so comfortable looking. Makes me want to come visit! 🤗❤️
You are a breath of fresh air, I have watched a lot of make up to Tutorials and you absolutely hands-down are the best! You are so real and down-to-earth and people can relate to you because of that. You are a beautiful woman and your beauty is not only on the surface, but in your heart as well and it comes through clearly in your face and your actions and in your voice. May God continually bless you!
I do love the sunshine but at times I also feel melancholy. We are human and meant to feel so many things. We may try to hide emotions but they always come back...in dreams or in life. May everyone feel peace and love since that is what we all need most. ~Jess
your video 6 changes was as great as always. Your voice and sense of humor always gives me a lift, like a beautiful butterfly!! Have a wonderful day and Susan you are such an inspiring person, please never change!!! Huggsss to you and Copper!!!
I love your hair style. Your suggestions are right on. You are so authentic. You have lived an amazing life and you deserve the best inner peace, a peace that you demonstrate to others. Thanks so much for this.
What a beautiful video, Susan. And I loved the boho tops on you. You know that's my style! Your reading of Mint's comment was lovely. She said everything perfectly. Very touching. Sending much love ... Michelle 👍💕
Thank you Michelle for being here...it was so fun to watch your vidoes last night and oh my word...you looked 10 years younger then the last time i saw you!!! What are you doing??? I have to stop saying this...but gee wiz...Thank you for your words about Mint's comment...she is very brave and very special. I know folks don't like to hear about some things but I think she did a beautiful job...love to you always, Susan & Coops
Wow, that comment by Sharon was so deep... melancholy 😔 so true, exposing ones soul to as much ☀️ you being one of them. And that everyday is not gonna be a good one, but everyday is important... thank you Sharon, thank you Susan 🙏🏽
So glad you enjoyed the reading! You are glowing & the makeup is the perfect blend. Sharon's sharing was so bittersweet & heartfelt. I have thin brows from overplucking when younger and from medications I had taken. So filling brows in can be tricky. I love Loreal Infallible so will try the Total Cover. Bright lips are wonderful. Color brightens any look. I find myself wearing my long hair up more & more. My hair is long, when I lost it all in 2001 to my chemo, I determined I would grow it long again out of rebellion to what cancer took away & ravaged my body with!!!
Hi Susan! I just discovered you here and love this video - the cosmetic tips, the way you shoot video from different angles and perspectives - the symbolism and the beautiful words. Thank you.
I just discovered you Susan.....I am so glad.....you have a calm, peaceful soul and I love how you relay softness, peacefulness, and strong soulfulness to us.....I am almost 59 and I think your words are so gratifying, so strong, and so inspiring.....thank you for you...peace girl!
Yes, I will said it again and again.... how do you do it Susan? Your videos transcend makeup and skin care and touch our souls. Your peep felt safe to share her thoughts here on your channel because you've created that environment. We can talk concealer and emotions all in the same sentence. Hugs to you and Cooper. xoxo
Hello, I accidentally somehow ran across your videos! I am so happy I did, This was the first I have watched and it was one of the most enjoyable videos I have seen here. It was beautiful , the words, the scenery just everything kept a very happy smile on my lips as I listened and watched. Thank you for sharing as you did. I am in my late 60's and have always taken good care of myself. It is lovely to hear another mature person voicing on different subjects and out perspectives on things. Have a lovely weekend.
I just watched this video again---- I like how you explained your new makeup changes as you have gotten older. I am 66 and just learned to use primer recently. It makes a big difference. I enjoy experimenting with color intensity re my makeup. I like to break the rules because women today are so youthful compared to our grandmothers. If I like it on me, I'm wearing it!! Your makeup looks 👍
Susan, Thanks for sharing. give Cooper a hug. Our grand dog came to visit today. His name is Sam. He is part lab and chow. He will be 10 yrs old in August. He weighs almost 100 pounds. We just love him. Have a wonderful weekend. Blessings 💕
Hi Susan, I caught most of this video. I think you are wonderful. You manage to touch my soul. Maybe it seems or sounds odd to you. You make me laugh & you make me cry. I love the tops you had on. I love your voice & sincerity. I wanted to leave this little note for you. Bless you. ~
Enjoyed the video as usual Susan. No doubt you have the mind of a very creative 🎨 artist. Your appropriate use of words and the truthfulness is healing.
I love your hairdo!!!Interesting to hear the changes you have made. Some great tips. I would love to hear how the poetry reading went. We have one in town here and I've been thinking of going also, but time gets away from me.I'll have to look and see if you've posted any of your poetry.
Oh my goodness I LOVE that white blouse with the blue embroidery on it! I love the Monistat as a primer. I have been using it for about 2 years now. I heard about this dupe from Elle is for Living. I will turn 57 this year and I cannot imagine ever giving up eyeshadow. I may use more subtle colors but to give them up totally? I can't imagine.
Susan, I want to say thank you so so much! ❤️ you're a beautiful lady, inside and out. I'm 18, but you're one of my faves. Ive sent your channel to so many people who as they've grown older haven't felt pretty, and you've helped them feel good about themselves and fall back in love with makeup because of your videos and suggestions! Xoxoxoxox
Oh beautiful Lola....you are so young...and your words are so kind!!! You just made my night at the thought that I would help somebody feel pretty! I just adore you Lola and I hope you have a great loving peaceful exciting new week!!! xxoo Susan
Susan you are truly beautiful, I truly meant what I said! I adore you and what you do and your reply made my week!! xoxox I hope you have a blessed Friday and wonderful weekend xxxoxxox
Susan, I can see that you and Cooper were enjoying the couple of beautiful days we had this past week!!!! You looked gorgeous in that white top!!! So Boho....love that style!!! I hope you have a wonderful week ahead filled with good things!!! Hugs!!!!!!
Thank you Linda...do ou ever get to Meijer? They have such a nice display of Boho tops for spring and summer and they are all on sale! I bought 4! I am so happy to see you! I saw the snow today and thought oh yes, it's still February!!!
Another beautiful video, sweet Susan! Those tops are perfect and I've been on the hunt for some just like them (they're very much like the clothes I used to wear as a teenager, in the 70s). The comment from your friend/subscriber really touched my heart, so thank you for sharing. I hope Cooper is feeling better and I hope you have a wonderful time on your 2nd date! ♥
Oh Lu I was thinking the same thing...those peasant tops were woodstock!!! Oh they bring back such youthful memories...I want to splurge a bit and buy a couple dozen for spring! Thta comment touched my heart and I didn't do it justice...I learn so much from you and others and feel a lot less lonely...I hope oyur week-end is a good one Lu :) xxoo Always, Susan & Coops
I hope the poetry reading was interesting and fun. You look gorgeous! Have you ever posted about your hair color/highlights? I'd love to know how you achieve so many neat colors! Melancholy....I know it well, from childhood. Beautifully described.
Oh thank you Celeste...I think I am going to do a video about my hair...I so get questions about it...I get highlights and low lights put in...I am always shy about my hair becasue I don't really style it...I dry it and hope for the best! Happy week-end!!! Suesn & Cooper
I think your hair looks fantastic! i didn't even realize that putting up keeps your face looking upward, until you mentioned it!! When you put it up, the way it looks matches who you are so perfectly...artsy, feminine, classic, soft, pretty. Wearing it down looks nice, too, but perhaps best left for the soft light of evenings and romantic restaurants!!!
You are a very beautiful lady, soft-spoken and easy to listen to. I am 50+/gray hair now...and have a constant battle with changing makeup, etc...things are not as simple with beauty as they once were! Thanks for sharing this info.
I 100% agree with you Liz...every year it's a new challange. I am not getting new wrinkles but my eyes seem to sweel with allergies and salt intake....argh!!!! But I still am so grateful for everyday...swollen eyes and all! I hope your week is going well...see you soon! Susan & Cooper
+LittlePoet, Completely agree...life is what we make it puffy eyes, diet, makeup and skin care changes and for me...gray hair! It's all good. Cooper is precious, by the way! Take care and live beautifully. Liz
Hello Susan. Like others I too think you look beautiful with your hair either way. What shines thru the most is a kind of gentleness and strength that you exude. I look forward to your videos every week. Enjoy yourself at the poetry cafe!! Hugs to you and hugs and kisses to precious Cooper! !
Susan, I always look forward to seeing your videos, they are living art plus I enjoy hearing your thoughts as well as your make up and skin care tips. What you say about having your hair up or down, I think you look stunning either way and hope I look that good when I get to my sixties. What you call melancholy I used to call Soul Ache when I was younger because sometimes there is just that undefined longing or wistfulness or a feeling that there is something more that you just can't touch...and you can't always put your finger on why the Soul Ache hits. You are a beautiful lady but more importantly you have a Beautiful Soul and I hope you can feel how much we all care for and appreciate you.
I recently bought Eve Pearl from the shopping channel because you did a video on it. bought the concealer and finishing powder. haven't tried it yet. one tip Eve said us use a powder pad and not a brush when applying finishing powder to set makeup. again will try that. thank you for sharing.
Oh Cheryl, that is a greta tip by Eve...I didn't remember ot powder before I filmed so I am sorry I looked so shiny...argh! That high definition camera can be rather unkind...but I do love Eve Pearl so much...I am out of her makeup righ tnow and am ordering more this week-end. when I forst tried her foundation I hated it....I used way too much!!!! Now I just love it! Good cover!!!
I so look forward to seeing you every Friday and your insights & wisdom. Love your tips on what you have changes you have made as you /we mature. Blessings to you and Cooper. (my phone knows that I write this to you every week)
Hello Susan & Cooper, am a new subscriber, my sister Lisa told me about you and I am so glad she did. I love watching your channel and your truly a sweet, caring woman with such wisdom. Thank you for being you, you are beautiful, kind and loving and I look forward to your next video post..Have an amazing week and Take care and God bless...Greeting from Sweet home Alabama...:)
Again a great video. I think you are right about the changes you have made. I will give them a try. Can't put up my hair as I have always had to have short hair. But I always wanted to have long hair but my hair was always so coarse and thick it just did not look very good. Darn but are you to do.
I have abandoned use of brushes for my eyeshadow. I only use the blending brush to soften the look at the crease. I like the look. Good luck on the date!
I just had to say thank you so much for helping me get the balls to finally start my channel. I just started watching woman who were my age or older and I resized I wasn't to old or ugly. Your videos along with a few others really gave me the courage to make one. It was something I wanted to do for years. You have a new follower You're so cute. I love your laugh. I'm already adoring you. Xoxoxo
Hi, Susan! It's my first time seeing one of your videos, and I think you are precious. I'm 48 and I write poetry, but I've never participated in a reading before. So brave of you to put yourself out there with your writing! Thanks for sharing your beauty wisdom--your skin is lovely! Also, I love the way you edit your videos. They have a creative flair I haven't seen in most beauty vids. All the best to you!
Hi Susan! I'm so glad I found your channel. You are an inspiration and I suffer from depressions and melancholy. Your vid made me smile and I believe life is is like macrame all meshed together and we just weave through it and hopefully we can find the beauty in it and in that find the courage to press on. God bless and I will be back! 😊
I'm new to your channel and I love your honesty which is hard to find these days. Thanks for the dupe for smash box primer. I'm 65 and also had to make some changes and using a primer is one that has made such a difference. I will give your other suggestions a try. Thanks, Cindi xoxo
Hi Susan. Another great video. Your skin always looks flawless so whatever you are doing is working. You always look beautiful no matter which way you wear your hair.
Love your "look". I very rarely wear makeup because I don't go out much. Love your tops! Hope you had a nice time at the poetry reading. Thanks for sharing ((hugs))
Enjoy your 2nd date, Susan! It's just another new friendship being formed; that's the best! Totally agree about the eye makeup. Nobody's going to head me out to pasture or dictate what I 'should' look like. THAT is old! Hugs to Coops! Blessings! Jackie in NY state
Hi Susan...I am 61 and gou g thru many changes too...in my make up routine.I really enjoyed your video.I recently explored sculpting my nose...what a difference!!I thought I would share t j is with you as you make your changes...try it you mught like it..I did! You are beautiful and I love your hair up...so sophisticated!...Namaste.
Thank you so much Jan...so kind of you...thank you for being here and watching...I hope you are having a great week-end! Cooper and I send our love! xxoo
Susan - always always enjoy your videos, the 20 minutes go by so fast- I feel like I am watching a mini series of sorts as your editing style is so well done. I also love seeing your hair up. Those white tops on you w/ the jeans with rips are perfect together! Looking cool my friend. Thanks for sharing part of your day with us-- :)
Hi Susan. You gave great tips, and I especially like the one about foundation on the cheek area only. It makes sense, I was becoming so frustrated because every foundation I was trying really looked terrible and I think it was because I was using it in areas that had more lines and no matter what I did, or what kind I used, it settled in those lines and really made me look worse. I also especially agreed with what you were discussing about melancholy, good days, bad days, being real, and realizing that even if a day was bad, it was still important. These have been in my life often, especially as of late. I tell myself that if my day is exceptionally sad, it's ok, maybe today is a day for me to feel this. realizing that is ok, and realizing that tomorrow will be different, I believe helps me grow as a human, and when I am more compassionate to myself, then I have more compassion and empathy to give others. Sincerely, and a most dazzling weekend to you and Cooper. Helen (and Gracie and Frankie, my beloved dog and cat!)
Love love love your channel! And thank you so much for all your tips. You are just beautiful!! Could you please talk about your care for your neck!? It is so youthful looking!!
Oh my Nora..thank you so much for oyur kind words...I will do a neck video...I do neck exercises everyday and have for many years...perhaps I should show that. I use Argon oil on my neck morning and night too. :0 Happy week-end to you!!!
Thank you Susan. Ahh melancholy and memories, we have all been in sunshine and shade.Oh the photo of you at the end brought back happy memories, I have one the same size of myself on the bonnet of my sports car. They were wonderful days weren't they? Love you 😘
Hi Susan, saving you for last on my Friday night. Love the peacefulness of your voice and listening. And LOVE those tops !!! Just my style, coming back from the 70's....LOL. I hope you enjoy your week coming and sending love to you and Cooper. xo SImone
It reminds me of our days at Woodstcok.....ah we were so young and had so much fun....my Sista!!! How I wish this was true..I never made it to Woodstock....but through the music, I felt I had been there!!! Happy new week to you Sis!!!
I didn't make Woodstock, BUT I did get to see Janis Joplin in concert !!!! Imagine that ?? Wow, the Frisbees were flying, and the bottles of wine were just passing along and other things too.....OMgoodness !!! We were really daring back then huh??? Now, I run from all those things !!!! lol xo Simone
Such a beautiful, and poignant video Susan. I adore Laurie, and Sharon. Thank you for sharing Sharon's comment. I listened to it twice. Now on to shallow..... Enjoyed hearing about the changes you have made. I definitely don't wear makeup like I use too. Gave up using concealer a few years ago. Your lipstick looks beautiful. I would love to see how your lamps are set up. Your lighting always looks great, and natural. I'm still filming without lighting, and using an iPad. This really limits what type of video I film when the sun is not available, lol. I always wondered about the filters people are talking about. Anyway, love you, my friend. Blessings, and fun, for you, and Mr Coops..MaryEllen
Oh MaryEllen thank you so much for watching and taking the time to chat! I have 4 table lamps with 100 Watt DAYLIGHT bulbs in them. Two on my right and 2 on my left...in the winter...the added light is for my camera. The more light you feed the camera the better the camera works. It's hard to film in the winter without professional lights. People ask me why i don't invest in lights and I have no good answer...but when I talk makeup I know the gals want to see the real colors...I am going to try to upgrade to my first DSLR camera. The price has come down on them and it would make filming a lot easier and more beautiful and reliable....sorry I talked your ear off my friend! Happy New Week to you and Jim!!! Love always, xxoo Susan & Cooper
Hey Susan.......your hair looks so pretty up :) Smashbox has some amazing products, I love their eye primer, I wouldn't use any other. What a great comment from Sharon, thank you for sharing it with us........hoping your second date goes well, wishing you a wonderful week-end XO
Hello Susan...first let my start off with saying the two tops look so cool on you. I never used primer until recently and it does make a difference. I'll be 60 years old in July and thanks to you and a few others that I watch on you tube my skin has never looked so good! Also, your heart felt videos touch us all and I want you to know that you're our sunshine as well! Hugs to my beautiful Friend and to Mr Coops! 😘😘😘😘
Hi Susan, I hope you enjoyed the poetry reading! I love your videos! They are creative, inspirational and calming . Cooper is an added bonus. I especially liked the Christmas video with you and Cooper looking out the window at the falling snow. Please don't ever stop making them. Also ,Have you stopped using the Eve Pearl makeup ?
Hi Susan, I agree with you that older woman can still wear eyeshadow. We must of read the same article. She also said to not touch your eyebrows! I was like ya right! Let them go natural and use no brow liner. Nope I'm not listening or agreeing with it. I also think your hair looks gorgeous down! I love it! I love it up too, but down you look beautiful as well!. I really enjoy your videos, you make me feel more calm. Thank you! Have a lovely weekend, Linda
Susan, you look beautiful, love the tops, so feminine, especially the shot of you in the gazebo, stunning, always look forward to watching you, your lovely voice, have a great weekend my dear friend, Linda xoxo.
Your hairstyle is so pretty and I will try to duplicate it for myself. I also find that I need to do a more toned down brow as I'm getting a bit older. I have a tough time with blush too as my cheeks have lost volume. You're a beautiful lady and I appreciate what you do.
You are so very kind....l am finding less is more as I age....but less goes a long long way to making me feel more attractive....whcih is no easy feat! Happy Tuesday to you!!! ~ Susan
I always forget how old you are and am startled when you mention it. You are so ageless and beautiful! It is so true we have to change out a lot of products as we grow into our 60s. I too paid more attention to my skincare, brows and changed foundations. : ) Always a pleasure watching your artful videos. : )
Hope you enjoyed your poetry evening... I'm a no brow girl...I over plucked when in my teens and they never grew back properly ....I can never make them look good with products so I use my fringe to make a wispy "coverage" & hope for the best !!! Yours look "just right"to me.....Thank you forthe vid = My weekly treat XX
Oh my dear friend ArtLover....who needs brows when you can have the moon and stars....and a brow pencil or two....I am always so happy to see you!!! Happy New Week to you!!! xxoo Susan & Cooper
So many people continue to look at life through a filter. Sure. Reality is a scary thing. Thanks for hanging out with us! I agree with you so much about the changes you have made. My hair down does make me look croddy {I think I just made that up}. And I am venturing out into brighter lips. No eyeshadow?! It's too much fun.
Animals, Nature, Beauty - Isn't it a challenging surprise? 😉
You look beautiful with your hair up. You look beautiful with your hair down. You are always beautiful!
Gee wiz Kathy...that is some mighty kind words for a women my age! Thank you so much!!!! Happy new week to you!!! xxoo Susan & Coops

What a lovely story, Jean. I love your outlook! Blessings! Jackie in NY state
Your outlook is wonderful....all good luck to you X
Oh jean you touch my heart and give me inspiration. Life is so precious and although our hair and skin are fun subjects what you just shared with us is the real heart of living. Another chance at life...I loved to read that..and that is so precious. I am so grateful you are a survivor and I am so grateful you are here. My love to you and yours, Sue & Cooper
JEAN OLIVEIRA, May God continue to bless you.
I feel exactly the way that letter said. And you are a very bright spot in my day. Thank you and God bless you!
I love your channel! This is the first video I watched and am now a subscriber. So now I am off to watch some more video's on your channel. Your are lovely!
I am so so happy you found me Shelia! I hope you feel welcomed!! Happy New Week to you!!! xxoo Susan & Cooper
I cried toward the ending of your video. You have the most soothing and comforting presence. You also have an artistic ability on how you make your videos that touches people. Thank you
wow..thank you so much..that touches my heart...
Have a wonderful day and Susan you are such an inspiring person,
please never change!!! Huggsss to you and Copper!!!
I love your hair style. Your suggestions are right on. You are so authentic. You have lived an amazing life and you deserve the best inner peace, a peace that you demonstrate to others. Thanks so much for this.
I just love you Juli!!! Happy New week from me and Cooper!
I think you are lovely whichever way you wear your hair. You have a sweet gentleness about you that is endearing.
You are so sweet..thank you so much!
Those are very beautiful words....I sure am glad you made it!
Hi Susan! I just discovered you here and love this video - the cosmetic tips, the way you shoot video from different angles and perspectives - the symbolism and the beautiful words. Thank you.
I love your videos! I feel like I am visiting a friend when I watch them! Wishing you the best, Kay.
Thank you Maire or Kay? I adore you both how is that!!! I'm glad you are here! Happy New week from me and Cooper!
Hugs to you and Cooper. xoxo
Oh Marisa...you amke me think of it all in a new way :) xxoo I hope your week is going well!!
Hi Susan, its so good to see Cooper out in the sun shine and letting the birds know hes the boss.Bud our dog does the same.x
I love it Jane!!! Cooper does think he IS the boss!!! Happy week-end to you!!! xxoo Susan
You shine like a star! Thank you Susan for sharing your tips and tricks! Hugs to you and Cooper 😊
You are so sweet Denell!
Bless you. ~
You are so beautiful 😍 God bless you
You look great! Your comments are so true, love listening to you
Liz - Wake Up With Make
Enjoyed the video as usual Susan. No doubt you have the mind of a very creative 🎨 artist. Your appropriate use of words and the truthfulness is healing.
You are so kind...thank you so much! xo Happy Wednesday to you my dear friend, Susan
Susan, I also agree with you about the eye shadow. I think you are pretty and you look lovely.
Lovely comment from Sharon and so true. Here's to sun beams on a spring day🐱Hugs Donna
I do all my grocery shopping at Mejiers!! Thanks Susan, I will check those tops out the next time I go!!!
What a lovely person you are, love your home💕Anne uk x
I love your videos. They are so calming and I always learn something. Hope you have a great second date and you look lovely in this video. Hugs!
I just love poetry readings! Hope you are enjoying your evening. Have a great week!
Happy New week from me and Cooper!
I love your channel. It is edifying and so healing to me. I’m learning a lot from you. Thank you x
You are so kind Pauline...thank you so much!
Liz
Susan I think you are beautiful inside and out. I adore watching your videos and so happy I found your channel.
Yes, I am new to primer too and I am headed straight at 60! Thank you for the info
I look forward ot see you too Deb!!! You look so very young...with that movie start smile....I hope your new week is a good one...no a GREAT one!!!
LittlePoet Oh! You are so sweet. That was taken a couple of years ago. I was holding my newborn granddaughter, Cora! (the reason for the big smile)
I am in my sixties and just started using primers and it does make a difference on how the foundation applies. Great video. 💕💕
I never thought I would never need a primer...so many things change so fast when we ar ein our 60's!!!! Happy week-end Lourdes!!!
What a beautfiful comment from Sharon
Thank you Regina...I thought it was so moving :) and brave. I hpoe your week-end is a good one!
Oh my goodness where did you get the pretty tops in white and blue? That's just my style and they look fabulous on you!
Again a great video. I think you are right about the changes you have made. I will give them a try. Can't put up my hair as I have always had to have short hair. But I always wanted to have long hair but my hair was always so coarse and thick it just did not look very good. Darn but are you to do.
I know Peggy..It's always something!!!
I have abandoned use of brushes for my eyeshadow. I only use the blending brush to soften the look at the crease. I like the look. Good luck on the date!
Thank you Lisa....I think I like this new man!
You look stunning, my beautiful Susan...big hugs to you and Cooper xxxxx💐💐💐💐💐
Love you Bella!!!! I Miss you...I never have any time but I do get to see you every week and it's such a treat! I love your channel!!!
I just had to say thank you so much for helping me get the balls to finally start my channel. I just started watching woman who were my age or older and I resized I wasn't to old or ugly. Your videos along with a few others really gave me the courage to make one. It was something I wanted to do for years. You have a new follower
You're so cute.
Excellent tips! Always a pleasure to watch your videos.
You are absolutely stunning. Thanks for these tips💜
You’re gorgeous inside and out! Love the color of your hair and the print of the top you’re wearing
You are so very kind!
Could you do a video on how you do your hair when you wear it up. It looks so classy and I would like to know how to do my hair that way. Hugs
nice tips... guess just as good and useful for a younger woman too! thanks for sharing! :)
Love your "look". I very rarely wear makeup because I don't go out much. Love your tops! Hope you had a nice time at the poetry reading. Thanks for sharing ((hugs))
Keep doing what you are doing. You look fabulous!
I'm so happy I found your channel! You bring me peace and calmness.
Thank you so much Jan...so kind of you...thank you for being here and watching...I hope you are having

I just found you. Beautiful video. Awesome tips. Love your morning and night care videos too
Thank you Macy so much. You touch my heart :)
You are a beautiful young lady. I am learning how to do my makeup again now that I'm 48 and it sure is a challenge. Thank you for the video ❤
Thank you so much for watching and being so kind. I hope you have a great new week! Sending love and good wishes to you always, Susan & Cooper
I just love you Debra....xxxoo Cooper does too!
For me, it makes not the Difference where the hair is or the makeup.
Its your wonderful smile. Greetings from Germany
I stumbled onto your site; Enjoyed listening to you and found you inspirational - will come back again, thank you. I Have just subscribed.
Love you 😘
Love you back!
Love always, xxoo Susan & Cooper
just found your channel, really enjoy it! I use the monostat as a primer as well, it's great.
Hey Susan.......your hair looks so pretty up :) Smashbox has some amazing products, I love their eye primer, I wouldn't use any other. What a great comment from Sharon, thank you for sharing it with us........hoping your second date goes well, wishing you a wonderful week-end XO
I just found you. Thank you for your great videos! Love it. Aloha, Renee.
Thank you so much Renee...your picture is so beautiful!
Very special video. Thank you!
You are my heart Betty...always so giving and kind to me and my Coops....you are my sunshine...:) xxoo Happy New week from me and Cooper!
Love the white and blue tops on you. I agree that full. Overage and a primer work best on me too. You look so pretty 💜
YOU are so beautiful!!!! Cindy!!! I hope your week is a good one so far!!!
You are so lovely and genuine. So glad I found your videos!
Oh I am so gald you found me!! You are just beautiful!
You are always so touching, Susan-I always take away way more than when I started...thank you for that.I hope your second date went well :)
Oh thank you so very much...wow....:) I hope your week is going well!!!
Susan, beautiful video as always. I hope you had fun at the poetry reading and on you second date. Hugs to you and Cooper. xoxo
Thank you so much Angela !!! I am alway so happy you are here! Happy Week-end!!
Your hair looks so cute and I’m wondering if you would share how you style it. Love spending a few minutes with you weekly ❤️
