Did you notice the new air filter seems a little bigger? After just changing mine my cover doesn’t sit down all the way. Thought it was weird considering it’s OEM
Good tutorial. My JD lawn tractor x500 (I think) mower busted over the weekend had over 1000 hours. I like the Cub looks good seems to run good. I like the Kawasaki engines. What’s the difference in the Kohler engine? Price point at TS was around 3,6k I think for ZT1. Thoughts?
I honestly don’t know the difference in the motor I did go with the fabricated deck just cause it’s thicker so far I love it mine was 3,600 4000 something out the door but so far a well built mower
That’s what they recommended on their warranty so if it messed up in that amount of time that’s on them. But I agree it’s took a while almost a year to get to the amount of hours
@@BigEsfarm There a channel on here about mowers & snowblowers. He took a brand new mower, run it for 10 minutes then changed the oil. Was FULL of metal particles. I did the same with a new push mower and ride on. I can personally vouch for the importance of doing the same.

I changed my oil after 15 minutes. Ten hours is definitely too long.
