I was wondering, the developer is openng up Kings bay for sales, I notice why they didn't intensively upkeep the pool, garden pound etc in functional condition where I notice a lot of potential buyer is also visiting the place .
@yblim-jbexpert I think they should start to do so for all landscape pond or kids pool functioning already as I mentioned, it will kepture potential buy interest if this little detail is carry out.

They upkeep only the adult pool, kiddy pool is not very nicely upkept

Because of insufficient maintenance fund. The units are not fully occupied
@@danielyap2012 correct too, after the kings bay completely sold out, you'll see it getting better
