    279 reps for me.... but what really impress me is how precise, focused and methodic he is during the workout... he has a plan and stick to it.. it's a show every time.

    I don't know if it's just me but 2023 Rich moves a lot smoother and with far more confidence than 2014 Rich, which is ridiculous because his movement has always been the golden standard of how movements should look like. Always an inspiration👌

    Anyone coming into CrossFit should be made to watch Rich perform every movement available in the sport … it’s as textbook as you can get. Nice job guys

      @@aaronjmet imho he’s got the nicest snatch in the sport … there are a handful of them that have excellent technique … Rich had THEY greatest snatch in the sport up until Mat Fraser came into the sport.

    Rich Froning, you are my hero. I joined CrossFit in 2015. I beat testicular cancer in 2012, I was 22 yrs old, and it took me a year and a half to recover mentally. Long story short I fell in love with Crossfit in 2015 and you will always be my favorite athlete. Thank you for the motivation.

    285 reps, joining the bar on 13:19, doing 5 reps every 8 sec for a total of 25 unbroken reps in 40 sec. Making time stand still for a decade of fitness!

    GOAT! 280 reps. Did 20 in 30 seconds first go around. I don't think Rich came off the bar at the end which would put him between 19-21 reps. His physical dominance over the last 12 years makes him the 8th wonder of the world...

    In 2014 (14.4 it was 277 reps), this year i think you did 276, just one short of beating your score in 2014. Still mad impressive amount of reps completed

    He looked much more calm and efficient this go but with 30 seconds remaining, I’m thinking 12-15 reps max. I’ll say 13 and call 273 for 23.1. Nice job Champ!
