I felt like I entered a whole different dimension of pain when I rolled a 98 and lost to a 99 on my 40th attempt

Man this is nothing let me tell you something that will never ever happen again in ffxiv history
I joined a farm party on ShB where we farmed for Titania Extreme weapons and one of those runs the whistle appeared i rolled as fast as i could and i got a 99 which meant the mount was mine and i told everyone to just let it pass… of course everyone else thought i was bluffing so everyone except one rolled… that last one was waiting until the timer almost expired for keeping us there or something….i do not know, never understood that.
Thing is when the counter for rolling reached 5 he finally rolled and you would not believe the rolls we all got
My 99 and… 98, 97, 96, 95, 94 and 93 the guy who kept us there rolled a 69 the poor one… so can you imagine losing and winning with such high rolls. I apologized and i got kick out from the party after that one… worst part is i also got the weapon and i was a white mage hehe 😜 so yeah nothing like that will ever happen again…

If I don't get a 99 I don't win it. 98 is a 50/50. Everythibg below that is a guaranteed lost.
Golbez linx roll a 90 and lost. Rubicante a 92 and lost so yeah. I don't know what's uo with my game that I barelybif ever get high roll by numbers, everything is from 1-30

I was always so lucky with rolls for mount...but with every Endwalker Extreme...first of all what's this drop rate??? And second...why do I have such a bad luck and have to farm 100 totems every time...😂

I’m happy you saw it! I’m at 60 clears and no kitty sighting. I hope it’s not my luck with Golbez and takes 215 runs or more
