I have a Windows PC acting as a file server, and now I want to share the E: drive for file access from other PCs.
To share the E: drive, you can follow these steps:
Right-click on the E: drive and select Properties.
Go to the Sharing tab.
Click on Advanced Sharing.
Check the box that says Share this folder.
Optionally, click Permissions to set access levels (Read, Change, Full Control).
Click Apply and then OK.
Now, other PCs on the network should be able to access the E: drive using the network path (e.g., \\YourPCName\E$).
