Thank you for this video. I've chosen this book to do a critical review for university. I'm a 3rd year sociology student and it's woŕth 100%. So It was so helpful to actually hear Eileen Barker in her own words.
A lot of what what is said initially is true but for a short period ending in 1976. Creating a world base was the goal. It was after the Washington Monument rally the focus went to business, social activities, etc.
Another. My family after a few years came to pick me up and see for themselves what mental condition their son was in. In the car my mom egged a sister to start my interrogations. It lasted no more than 5 minutes, after which my sister bellowed out 'mom, there's no way he can be brainwashed, he's too stubborn'. That was over 40 years ago. I'm still a Moonie, my sisters are lawyers, my kids have spent long periods of time with my family, no one touches the religion topic..or politics.
