I always get anxiety when a card doesn’t show up or comes damaged. Usually I reach out that a card hasn’t come before requesting a refund. The only time I think I ever left negative feedback was someone who shipped my card in a plain white envelope with zero protection (top loader, cardboard sleeve, even know people who use bulk commons) and a time I bought a card that while not expensive was advertised as near mint and clearly was moderate to damaged.
Yeah - never feel bad about reaching out. I try to help with that by catching things up front, but I'd rather folks be happy. I never block or ban anyone because of a condition discrepancy or if something didn't arrive - I really only block the folks that have been jerks about it. Raw doggin in a PWE is unacceptable lol that's just bad lol
