I love visiting Japan! I left my phone at the train station and on the bus, both times someone ran after me and gave it back to me! I’ve had friends that moved there and left their wallet/phone in public, it always gets taken to a police station and they get their stuff back.

This is all over eat Asia , but I wouldn’t recommend it because it isn’t really that efficient
