Should check out pasta Grammar 😊. They started videos during lockdown and thanks to Eva from Calabria learnt about and found and love a meat called Nduja She also has a Calabrian biscuit , mostaciolli i think made with simply flour and honey and spices but sadly couldn't get the dough right

Wonderful! My mother made something very similar. Hers from the Lazio area were called biscotti scotolatti. They did not use sambuca or limoncello.
