    Liz,
There is not a single green bean or pea plant in the world that would not be happy with either one of your supports. Why not incorporate the chicken wire and the t-posts? I like the jute string look, but like you I can't imagine it lasting long either.
I'm just glad you enjoy your garden enough to do this. It's fun to watch you grow and do these little projects on your own. I simply love your work ethic and just how much you do to make things better for you both. You don't know me from Adam, but as a dad I'm proud of you for being you. You both take care, Ron

    Nice work!
I've been trellising with cattle panel tunnels.. but the price of those is skyrocketing😕

Liz, please take this as a compliment. You are farm girl pretty. I'm old enough to be your grandfather, so it is just an observation. The garden looks great. Hope you and Mike enjoy the veggies. Be safe. Till next time.

The peas like it and cheer you on. Imagine a chorus of little mice voices🤗 The beans are as always a bit grumpy. But thats just how they are. Eat them anyway😁

I built mine with 2" PVC pipe and weedeater line, even though yours looks more "homesteady". 😊 A stiff wind with some vines on it, and it may topple. You should brace it moreso than now. Love ya'll ❤ S1 Pro probably would've liked you using their drill to assemble that though. Js

Your doing such a good job but..next spring consider hig panels for the bean to run on .been my choice for 20yrs.the holes are big enough to reach through to the other side where with chicken wire you can't. Keep up the good work girl.SEMPER FI

Looks awesome nice job. I might add another 1x3 on top of the t-post. Not to stack but to make an upside down T. This will help it not bend in the middle. For now it is perfect. Thanks for sharing

You might want to put a couple boards between the two at the top for added support?

The garden is looking good! Just one thing, don't you have to rotate the beds? Not keep planting the same thing in the same bed... something about nitrogen i think.... the trellises are great 😊
If those are runner beans and you have an excess, I recommend runner bean chutney, I know it sounds weird but it's absolutely delicious 😋

Lowes sells a trellis netting for 28 or 29 bucks that you may like a lot better than the string idea for next year a lot of folks just use T post and cow pannels

The garden is coming along quite well. As for the crop that is growing between your two trellises you might think of harvesting those and eating now as greens, since they will be a bit harder to terllis. In their place you could put in some beneficial plants like calendula, sweet alyssum or dwarf kale. All good for your location and work well with your other crop. Great job on the builds. 🤠

Good job but if you can find some cattle panels either between a couple of T-posts straight up you can arch from one side of the bed to the other making a tunnel but nice job

I like vegetable gardens because they generate large leaves. Especially tomato's and cucumbers. The jute string looks good. Why go with permanent solutions when you might plant something different in that box.

If you turn those top boards 90 degrees, they'll be much stronger and won't sag so much.

Hi guys, not wishing to criticize you put I wish you would have reversed the beans of the taller structure and vesa versa, and actually all your peas need are pea sticks nothing more than thin stick branches, just a thought.

The jute string will biodegrade over the winter, just cut it down and turn it into the dirt....
