I agree with u both ....I u/s with ease & also u/s constantly apologising when u dont need to..
....it's the rush to get things out as often not heard as a child.
Also strong chain of thght that ADHD is a natural, survival reaction to trauma at a young age. The stress, adrenaline etc due to ongoing trauma means yr brain learns to be over vigilant, cautious...always on yr toes.....so it's often the logical response.
It obv becomes an issue though as even when not in danger/traumatized U still move in the world as if u r. Gabor Mate talks about it.

Really enjoyed this. Have followed Liam for about 6 or 7 years now and was proud of him when he stood up to that dog, even though i dont know him personally lol. Watched all the lives over the years. The 'clown' comment made me laugh. I remember him well haha.
Keep doing you Liam. If it helps even 1 person then all been worth it. And it's helped loads!
    One of the good guys.

By the way, I don't think his father is a sociopath, but rather a psychopathic narcissist (malignant narcissist). True psychopaths aren't cowards, but malignant narcissists are when it comes down to it. Malignant narcissists have both personality disorders at the same time. Psychopaths are highly narcissistic, but miss the core component that a pathological narcissist have (shame, insecurity). Like his father beating his new wife about speaking Spanish, is like it was making him feel less than her. He can't have that. Acting shameless when this core component is triggered. They can go off on anything and are sadistic. And he said other things that reminded me of a malignant narcissist, because a psychopath would act differently in that certain subject.
But I'm not a therapist, so I might be wrong.

If you haven't watched any of liam's own vids go watch them. He is a genuinely nice geezer who speaks the truth, isn't afraid to speak out but best of all is hilarious. Im lucky enough to work for his cousin who is also a top bloke, whenever we have met liam or done work for him its always been a great day. Awesome man to be around and listen to and genuinely would help anyone out. Obviously he has gone through some shit but none of it reflects with his personality. If all of us were like him the world would be a better place. All in all a Diamond geezer who deserves some recognition.
