Unfortunately, that does not work for all users and you run the risk of the blade getting stuck or breaking off the tip because the blade is sideways because ot has no way to turn. It is like an exacto blade and does not swivel on sharp corners or intricate cuts well. But of it's working for you, then great!
My silhouette studio does not show the loops when I try to use the kraft blade, in addition, when i send the work even though the machine recognizes the blade, a message more or less like this apears: incompatible tool; do you know what is going on?
That typically means you have chosen a material that does not have a Kraft blade setting. You will either need to select a material that has the Kraft blade setting or create your own custom setting. th-cam.com/video/5OLiy3BnkMg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=F84mjAw4cjpFIo0I
If one would want to cut several designs on the same page, why not make them of different colored lines and send them one at a time ? So that when the first one is done, the carriage goes back into position and then other color could be sent to cut, and so on... Just a thought... Haven't been up to that yet, but should shortly... Thanks for the details behind the technology...
Well, you could definitely try and I have, but it affects where the hooks and loops will be on each design and some designs will cut better when they are the only thing on the design mat - so the arrangement is different. When you try, please share your results.
If you are using the Kraft blade, those Hooks and loops are how the blade turns. You don't want to cut without them or you run the risk of the blade being sideways when trying to cut.
Studio is creating the hooks inside my drawing. Is there any way to move the hooks out of the drawing?
thnks
Move the design around on the cutting mat and the hooks and loops can change. Or you can try another software version.
I had to disable those from my works. When trying to make cuts on thick chipboard, those loops were places where the blade got stuck

Wow it crashes the software. This software is garbage. Then they just release another cameo hoping to rob you again.
