Normally we do trial mix for c15,c20,c25 and mix design mix of C30 as well
With the same material we are going to use for that project , then while taking the cubes you have to mark the structure name then date , 7/28 etc
If cube fails to achieve the strength you have to break that structure and redo it

There are 3 times curing for the samples obtained for testing purposes, that is 3 days , 7 days and 28 days …from these results you may know the achievement of strength gradually increasing by the ages of days …after 28 days the concrete samples should obtain the maximum strength proposed or fixed for the building structure…
There are different standards followed in different parts of the world and the best among is ASTM / ACI and BS 🎉🎉
Even though the concreting is done properly it may acheive strength more than the recommended.... What if moulding of cube fails. Due to low compaction and improper curing, usage of leftover concrete and even un even size of cube mould.. It can also happen.... Even though there is 3 samples are there..... These kind of things actualy happens....
