- Dan and Chelle make it to London! They drop little Louie off at Chelle's parent's house and then head to the airport! Even though they were suffering from major jet lag, they still walk the city and see picadilly circus, trafalgar square, big ben, westminster abbey and other sights! It was the longest day ever, but a great start to London day 1 on our Europe 2019 adventure!

We all tend to go crazy in the UK when the sunshine comes out (especially on a bank holiday weekend!) Have a great time guys. ... hope you have fun in London... try and get to Borough Market if you can.... and the Tate Modern... lots of great Art Galleries to explore if you have time! 😀

Pro tip: try going to a service at Westminster Abby! They’re open to the public and free of charge, just look on their website. There are a ton for Easter Sunday.
I’d also recommend an Evensong service at St. Paul’s! I believe they start at 5:30 pm. It’s free entry for that as well!
Only stipulation is no photos out of respect for church goers, but it’s well worth just taking in the beauty!

If you have the chance it would be great to see you guys make a video trying different English sweets (candy), chocolate, crisps (chips) and other snacks we have! Always find it so interesting seeing what Americans think of our food and it's always such a surprise seeing things that are so common here you don't have in America! Have a great three weeks and stay safe!

Love love love seeing you guys in my city of London which is 1 1/2 hours away from where I live on the South Coast of the UK. So lucky you got an amazing weather weekend for your visit I think next week is due to be a washout most of the weekend so AMAZING timing!
The best ice cream to get in the uk is a whippy! 😜 if you go to one of the little ice cream carts ask for a ‘99’ (it’s supposed to 99p but inflation 🙄) with a flake and sauce! Too good!!!

Here is a ideal when you find something you want to buy ...buy it then mail it to your moms house or where ever you want to, then get it when you get home. and you don't have to worry about having space to carry it while you travel.

Hi, I am from Holland so I thought I name some typical Dutch things you can eat. You can get this at any Dutch supermarket.
-Stroopwafels, it is a waffle with a kind of caramel in between. (you can find this in the cookie section)
-Drop, its a kind of licorice (you can find this in the candy section)
-hagelslag, it's chocolate sprinkles for on a piece of bread with a bit of butter. (you can find this in the breakfast/lunch section)
-jodenkoek. Those are delicious cookies. (You can find those also in the cookie section)
There are more typical Dutch things but those are the things I think are most delicious ones. So I hope you read this and try it.

Awww my beautiful hometown London 🥰🥰, I miss it so much. I'm so happy for you but so jealous that you're seeing London for the first time. 2 days isnt long enough, and you definitely need to come back in 2021 to see the rest of it. If I'm not too late, you really need to check out Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese on Fleet Street...its a really quintessential English pub and a favourite of Samuel Johnson and Charles Dickens.
