I want to visit azerbaijan in the future, beceause I have a reason. My parents were born and raised in Sumqayit, Azerbaijan. Both are from originally from Karabakh, Mardakert. They're armenians. It's so sad that the war happened. In the progroms there were bad, but also good azerbaijanis who helped armenians. So sad that my family split up and are not together, the past has gone forever. I has also Azerbaijani friends who are really nice to me, I can speak also a little bit Azerbaijani beceause of my parents.

I have never given Azerbaijan a thought as a travel destination before until now. It looks immensely pretty and so rich with history! I'm from the UK and our Foreign Office website states only 7,000 Britons visit Azerbaijan every year... It appears we are missing out big-time!

It really depends on what the package offers. Some packages have a good value so make your own calculations and see how much that would cost you

Hard to tell since hotel and trips will vary depending on how much you spend. I would recommend checking websites for hotel booking seeing prices.
Also estimate a daily budget for transportation, trips and food then compare that to the package you would get.
If you are new to all this a package is an easier option, even if it costs a little more.
