Dolma is Azerbaijani food. UNESCO also accepted it as Azerbaijani. Also dolma is our word.

I'm from South East Asia (ASEAN Community), i found Azerbaijan RICE-GRAIN is so Big, nearly TWICE the length of our grains, here (6- 7 mm.), Azer's grain is, says, 12- 13 mm.
The menu is very similar to Indonesian Curry Rice, here we preferred "Beef" Curry (thick) Soup on rice.
