I feel like I'm still not getting the answers. HOW do I get a building? What equipment do I need? Where do I get the food to make it? What licenses do I need and how do I get it? How do I use the money I make? What does running a coffee shop look like? All the answers I'm getting is "budget, and pay attention to location!" Nothing that actually answers WHAT I need to do. I want a VERY VERY detailed list of what I need. Not vague answers. After researching for hours I still don't have these answers.

Researching for a couple of hours will never get you those answers. You need to go to talk to owners and business people. you need to look dig deep into the inner workings of a coffee shop before you get all those answers.
a full 3 min in and still haven't said anything except how good you are! I'll give it 1 more minute but if your still babbling about what you "will" do instead of actually doing it I'll know this is just a plug plug plug and quickly loose interest
Shouldn't do this if you don't have knowledge of coffee, in my opinon. Love & passion for the field that you are in will make your empire thrive and the product will show.
