Wow! You did an amazing job Rick putting the new Basketball Hoop up! Once again you and Kathy did great teamwork and you make it so much fun. I love you both and you are such sweet ppl and you have so much love for family and ppl in general and i will always be so glad i found your channel years ago. I know you both will have so much fun playing with your sweet grandbabies and each other with your new hoop. I loved your dance moves too Rick, not only can you sing you can dance. Kathy is a great help to you on many things and it would be an honor for me to be able to meet you both one day. You need to make another video singing as Elvis, you were really good. You and Kathy have a great night Rick and great Sunday.
@@RickMammana You are welcome Rick it was a project and you were the man for the job. You are such a great family man and your family are so fortunate to have you.
This is a very helpful video. You actually used the instructions, I am impressed! And look how great that went together! Love the snazzy sneakers! You guys work well together. It was really a very good video.
I can't waite for the video of your 360° David Thompson slam dunk! My mom bought me my first pair of black Chuck Taylor Converse All-Stars in 1968 for $10.00. I got another pair of red ones in 1973, both low cut. But Addidas Superstars were out by the early 1970s and most NBA players had switched to them. So then WE had to have them! But they were around $40.00 even then! But I see a lot of young kids wearing Chuck Taylors in all different colors today. And today they only cost about $35.00! They've only gone up $20.00 since 1968! 😁 But Addidas Superstars, which are also still available are pretty expensive. In reality neither one of them were really very good for basketball compared to today's hi-tech sneakers, especially the Chuck Taylor's! But they were the best you could get for their times. 🏀
This is what I needed but maybe show more of which direction of processes like viewers couldn't see the direction the adjustable brace was facing inside the sleeve. Also saying the sizes like your wife did of some items more. Sometimes parts were just described by color or shape. Your wife seemed like she was doing a great job assisting next time maybe be more positive towards her assistance not just that she is just recording or she helped but you could do it yourself. Thanks for the video!
I got myself the 50 inch version model 90271 from a local sporting goods store for $649.99 and after taxes $734.49. It’s currently sitting in the box because I plan to install it when the weather gets warmer as it’s currently snowing here in Canada. But nice hoop and nice converse sneakers
Y’all did a great job with the assembly. I imagine though, about halfway through you were thinking the $99 might have been a bargain. Now you have another source to make videos from. Enjoy yourselves. 😊👍🏻
I hate putting things together, I have done several swing sets, my uncle put together a basket ball goal for my oldest son years ago, now my 3 kids are grown,my 19 year old son lives with me.
We name each tool that we use in each step of the setup in the video. Or they will be listed in the directions that come with the set. I don't have the directions anymore.
Great exercise and may I give you a hint Don't forget to let the water out when the temperature starts dipping I live in New York the same temperature climate as you and I made that mistake and broke the damn thing it's split the plastic

You can put anker ground hooks, straps or chains over the base of your hoop. It won't fall over, ever with high winds.@@RickMammana

We definitely needed the instructions. I'm glad she helped me.

Rick you crack me up. You're a big kid, lol.
This really helped me thanks
I'm glad it was a help. Thanks for watching!
The Wilson seems to bounce better than the other... maybe a pressure issue. But I have to say what a great way to have some fun!
The Wilson is a street ball the other is for a wooden floor or gym. They both have the same pressure. 🏀 🏀
I hope there's a nice meal at the end of this video as a reward for the hard work.
You dance good Rick!! Love to see you and Kathy, you make a wonderful couple.

Grandpaw Pyle " Are you six foot? You look six foot."
Yes!
Did you see the deer family anywhere around watching you ?
No :)
Great exercise and may I give you a hint Don't forget to let the water out when the temperature starts dipping I live in New York the same temperature climate as you and I made that mistake and broke the damn thing it's split the plastic
Thanks. I talked about that a few times in the video.
Nice! They sell a plastic deal you can hook under the rim that will push the ball back to you, might be worth it when you are playing alone.
Yeah I was thinking about that yesterday after chasing the ball all over. I'll get one. :)
You missed a part
That specific system requires a broomstick for raising and lowering the backboard
Yeah. 👍🏀
this video kept skipping important crucial parts.. I eventually got it but the skips was throwing me off
🏀 👍
M
Make sure you dump that water come winter
I mentioned that a couple times. Thanks.
@@RickMammana ya I commented before watching the whole video
