yeah, I used them when I was working at ad agencies. Especially if the clients want something "the good old days" kind of ad/marketing material or put down their competitors being old and slow - it was popular back in the 90's and 2000's. We rarely see those mono-muted colour for ads these days.

The main brown haired girl’s VA still does anime dubs, the purple hair girl is Monica rial (huge va she does the dub for the frog girl in MHA, bulma in dragon ball, Mira in fairy tail and tons of others); the guy without glasses is the VA for greed in full metal alchemist and tons of other stuff, the glasses kid is one of the main guys in haikyuu, the twins in Ouran host club and tons of other stuff; and the kid brother is esdeath in akame ga kill (the ice villain lady) and izumi (the kids teacher/just a housewife in full metal alchemist)
There are lot of Southerner jokes/reference because most of the casts were Southerners .. There are also localized US based reference and very 90's/ 2000's Not political corrected. One interesting, but rather dark item from that show.. the very catchy OP was by a regular jpop/rock band that had some hits, but one of the band member was caught being a pedo and was sentence - the band immediate broke off. Given that original Ghost stories was aimed at pre-teens in Japan was very disturbing. But I believe it was long after the ADV people flipped the script on this thing. Hillary Haag still occasionally do VC work, she become a realtor - others are still in the industry like Tiffany Grant.
To be honest you should wastch the whole show at this point, I did a watch party with all my friends a couple years ago and it was a lot of fun. A lot of the jokes are kinda old though and a lot of references went right over our heads but still a fun watch

Eh I think this holds up today and no one would be that upset about it. This one works in the same was as Always Sunny, where the characters are all horrible people to begin with and that's why its funny. The joke isn't "lmao gay people am I right boys?!?!" the joke is "I can't believe this guy just said that." And the jokes are actually funny, so much content from the same era that people say "couldn't be made today" is because the jokes really are only funny if you're already racist or homophobic or whatever like the joke only works if you think being gay is automatically funny. These have actual comedic timing and punchlines.

Molesty, murdery, thievey, all the bad stuff.", and people were just like "but... that's too mean in current year!"
Context is incredibly important, most cant do this kind of humour without it being 'punching down', thats not comedy then thats just hurting people, we're past thinking something is funny just so we can cause harm. So it became a type of comedy that was rarely used, but it is still used, quite often comedians that are part of the groups themselves that theyre directing the joke at, poking fun at themselves, but thats comedy club stuff, tv has stricter guidelines for legal reasons cuz they cant be bothered to risk it to find one good enough that wouldn't be problematic, so they don't. But theres a lot of other factors too, just a whole lot of stuff, and there's other just as funny or even moreso types of comedy, so this type just became a bit more obsolete. If you miss this kind of comedy im sure you can find some if you dig, its just not shown in the mainstream as much anymore. But thats just my take

Another all time great dub is Black Lagoon. It isn't like Ghost Stories where they made a parody out of a normal show but the English script is absolutely hilarious and it has a lot of similar insane dialogue like this. It works because the original Japanese version is already like that with over the top rude characters and insane Tanatino-like dialogue because they're a gang of criminals and they are supposed to be English speakers anyway in the story since the characters are not Japanese. Even as someone who speaks Japanese this is one of the few anime I think is really improved in the dub, Japanese just lacks the extensive catalog of swear words and insults we have in English to really make the dialogue pop the way it should. The actual story is good too so you can either watch the whole show or I'm sure there are dub clip compilations on youtube. Highly recommend people to check it out and watch it dubbed.
PSG (Pantystocking&garterbelt) also has a fairly good English dub in terms of proper localization of crude/rude/lowbrow from one language into another.
The dub seems pretty funny and i enjoy watching people react to it. The moment the joke is made and the viewers momentary disbelief after that makes the entire thing funnier! I had to look up if the stories about why this dub was made is real and to my disappointment, it was a lie. Ghost Stories being dubbed comedically was said to be cause it flopped in Japan and the localization team was told they could do what they want so it won't fail everywhere else. In reality though, this show was popular in Japan when it aired since it's based off of an already popular children's manga which was sucessful enough to get a bunch of different adaptations. The lie is upsetting even if the end result is entertaining. Anime related things that's not an OP/ED that I can think of are AMVs although I'm not sure if that'd be okay on your channel since they use songs that may or may not get copyright striked. Not sure if i should recommend any favorites.
You need to watch the full anime to see that it is, in fact, real. When you watch the full anime you see it’s a bit more tame than the clips look- the clips take all the craziest moments, but it is still a really crazy dub.
Luke you need to watch Ghost stories DUB crack and it also has part 2 those are the ones you mention during the intro, those two videos contain most of the best jokes and are well edited.

That's the plot of that episode, but instead of making the rabbit just a 'Pet', the dub make it like the girl and the rabbit share 'something special'.
I was way off on the release. Only saw it for the first time in I think 2008 and thought it was way older. These clips are great, but the lines they give the NPC construction workers throughout the series are hugely underrated. A lot of the jokes don't land quite as well as this is out of context and you kind of need the full viewing to really appreciate a lot of the humor/context behind it.
Honestly Luke, just watch all the Episodes bro, we don't care if you have to pause every 5 secs with every episode because you really don't want to miss any of the jokes!!!!

The dub actually has an interesting backstory as to why itts like that. It mostly has to do with the voice cast recording a bunch of random crap because the original script was so boring and nobody cared about the anime to begin with. They also didnt have a proper translation of the japanese dub so they just made up lines based on what they saw and rhe studio went with it.

When you watch an episode, it's 20 minutes of those clips. but the clips all come together to make a story. The Werefrog, when watching the series, had many times of stopping the episode and rewinding due to missing a part due to laughing.
