No, I don't think none of ur postal staff or ur department warned us when We were in the bank for Two days .Some of us have struggled a lot because we came with our little ones but no one came forward to us to know why we were opening AC. It would have been good if they have warned us like they did to others like ur saying.
But we don't need to refund the money because it's for our Debit card. Every bank charges for debit card n it's just normal.
What concerns me is the worker behind the reporter randomly throwing down the package.... E-commerce companies also deliver products from post office, so customers might most likely get damage products.
