Hi! Love the tutorial! Def going to do this technique on my Ariel doll. I did a little research (to help answer some questions I had and I saw below) They are called "perm rods" and I think the size you use are 9mm. (That's based off me comparing the ones you use to other very similar nearly exact perm rods.) They seem to be a pretty common size. Hope that helps :)
I've seen people use straws for curlers, but using plastic perm rods is a really great idea and they don't damage the hair during the boil wash like something metal would! Besides, straws look like too much work! Thanks!

Well this is a great tutorial but I don't have these materials to do this so how else can I curls my dolls hair?!? 😕
you can always cut straws in replacement of the curlers and secure it with rubber bands or other forms of hair clips :)
