Let me clarify. So today the 777x took off and landed. Obviously I didn’t get footage, but I’ll continue to film, and post 777x content, for the most part. Its just that I’m not gonna go out there for every single landing and takeoff when it’s based here
A few blocks from my home in north Spokane this afternoon (Oct. 2nd) I saw an unusually large and sleek looking plane out of the corner of my eye flying low and doing a steep climb and some banking. It then flew directly over me (as if to say "hi"), and I saw the blue and white and 777x on its belly. I flew on three 777's overseas last fall so I may kind of biased, but this handsome bird looks like a masterful piece of engineering, especially the wings!
The best part aboit living near the airport is that I get to see this all the time. In the past week alone it has spent multiple nights at GEG, so I get to see it almost every night coming home from work.😁
Any idea when the next set of test flights will occur. I missed it yesterday, was out filming property when it flew over. I heard before I saw it and right away knew it was the 777. I told my friend but she disagreed, so I threw her a bet and won $5. It has a very distinctive sound when coming in for a landing! I'm a huge plane enthusiast and try to get pictures when I can but I keep missing this one. Great video and really good framing Peyton. Best wishes for continued success.
Damon Lentes, that is correct. They have been doing test flights through here for the longest time, and the 777x was coming here since February, up until MWH’s runway was done being fixed. They went there for a little bit, and now are here. The only aircraft based here is N779XW. N779XX is in Yuma for testing, and N779XY and N779XZ are both still based at BFI.
My wife and I were running an errand in West Central yesterday afternoon when we saw it fly by overhead. We quickly headed over to the airport and were able to get a pretty good glimpse of it from Flightline Blvd: photos.app.goo.gl/h2z2iSHfUapioEsF9

I've worked on this beaut, and it still amazes me every time I see it. I don't think that'll end any time soon!

wow!!!
I wonder when will Boeing start doing to long-range flight testing?
they are getting ready for Vmu tests I assume, with the large tailskid now attached
That's what we assumed they were going to do when they were here. Rumors were the were going to do it at Fairchild AFB, but never happened.
This plane is very beutiful, pretty and very loooooooooooooooooong plane
I'm from Spokane I just stumbled upon these videos from your series.. I am assuming these are testing runs and they chose Geiger?

Good planes
Are the controls on the 777X going to be similar on the classic 777?
Hans Samson they should be the same movements, just a little bit different in regards to calibration I’m guessing
My baby
Where did 777x go to?
Finally a 777 for adults only.
Did security tell you you couldn't be at your regular spot?
Airport police. I could probably just Showed them my airport badge but didn’t really care when it was landing
_When I read the description_
😢
Let me clarify. Read the Pin

Bill Boston nice picture
@@pnraviation520 Thanks! Actually, about 10 minutes ago it just flew over our home in Post Falls. That's twice in 2 days I've just happened upon it
Bill Boston yep. She is based here for a little bit for testing, so get used to it 😁
Tag as "The King of the Sky" or "Longest Birdie" nah.... sounds x-rated eh!
