LORDGOD,as the earth is YOURS,according to Your will-wisdom-truth,as You have saved St.Simon's as one part of Georgia that I did not "tour",I am willing to be one of those supporters-because You are The Source & Support, for the preservation & development of St.Simon,as You sent me to San Simeon,CA,fulfilling the work & destiny, honor of my ancestors, the tribe of Simeon! You hear=Ps.66:19;=Ps.10:17;=Ps.12:5!!! Unceasing THANKS!
Honestly, I am of two minds about this. I used to put my boat in at the marina that is now the parking lot. It is a beautiful natural area, without a doubt. It was saved in part because it enhances the value of the Paulson's private island (Little St. Simons). They had some creeks where I used to fish declared their private property as well. I believe there is more going on here than just benevolent conservation. Something's lost but something's gained in living every day...
We visited Cannons Point in September and it is absolutely amazing!
