    It's no secret that MYR has been depreciating with USD for quite some time, but why not be benefited from it? Here's 5 ways to convert your MYR into USD!
    1- Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit (FCFD) offers a safe haven, similar to your regular fixed deposits. They allow you to profit from favorable exchange rates and earn higher interest than typical Ringgit deposits, protected up to RM250,000 by PIDM. However, they come with higher spreads and lock-in periods, so if flexibility is what you long for, move on to the next one!
    2- Multi-Currency Accounts allows everyday transactions in multiple currencies. They're ideal for those handling foreign currencies regularly. But, do watch out for few things - minimum deposits, transaction charges, and the facts that they usually offer subpar exchange rates, which could defeat the purpose of depositing our money in the first place.
    3- Digital platforms like WISE revolutionize the game with low-cost transfers and superior exchange rates, plus they can also be your multi-currency accounts. They transparently display fees (ranging from 0.4% to 0.7%) and allow transactions in over 70 currencies. However, there are limits to how much you can hold or send daily.
    4- Investing in US stocks and ETFs offers an opportunity for your USD to not only sit still in your account, but to grow. By participating in legit businesses as a shareholder, you ride along with their growth. Platforms like Interactive Brokers (my favorite!) offer low fees and fractional shares, investing has never been so easy!
    5- If risk is a concern, US Treasuries are a lower-risk option. Basically, you're lending money to the US government, with repayment at a 'risk-free' interest rate. Recent hikes by the US Federal Reserve make this especially attractive now, offering over 5% annualized return with almost zero risk. Quite a deal, huh?
    Do you think MYR will drop further or rebound? Let me know in the comment!

    Very true... Malaysia simply invested way too wrong in ptptn, brim and subsidies too much to the nation's and use country reserve to bail those crony..... Has the largest govt servant to feed as well their pension fund, That's the reason our myr keep weaken over the years due to poor income statement and high debts....not easy to deal with these and need at least 20 years to reshuffle the policy to right path...

      Yes 'Mal-tee'. As Malaysians we speak British English. Also, the reason I make the suggestion is because the way you speak already follows British English. Then suddenly the one word you twang american 😂 so just helping you align la.

      you can't deposit or withdraw USD in cash in local bank without converting them into MYR

    • @cthgbs6267
      @cthgbs6267 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Basically the banks make money (a lot of it) from you when you convert your MYR to USD and vice versa. That's why I do not want to have muti-currency accounts with the banks. They are pretty much like loan sharks that suck you dry.

    I disagree with Anwar's explanation. While most currencies in the world depreciate against the USD when the FED hikes their interest rate, the Ringgit's depreciation is among the worst in Asia. The reason is probably the due to the country's enormous debt which stands at 1,500,000,000,000. Ins spite of that, Malaysia continues to borrow more money to cover the budget deficit every year. As a matter of fact, Malaysia has been running a budget deficit for more than 20 years. That's terrible enough. Will Malaysia go bankrupt one day?

    • @RaymondChan-tt4ms
      @RaymondChan-tt4ms 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      M'sia will unlikely to go bankrupt bcoz like most countries they have at least 2 options, the short term solution is to continue to print more money to buy more time to increase domestic outputs & foreign investment, the second is to ramp up exports & revenue or a combination of both. Unless the country leadership is utterly useless it's very unlikely for a country to go bankrupt

    • @ZietInvests
      @ZietInvests  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Maybe not to the extent of bankruptcy - our natural resources still stand, though I can't predict the future for sure!

      I don’t really think government depending on the nature resources a lot , they are squeezing the rakyat with more taxes and spend too many money in giving too many free money to the B40

    • @ZietInvests

      Sending is not the same as holding yeah!
      With sending - you can just checkout and pay (like online FPX)
      With holding - you are actually having money in the cash balances in the currencies in your account
      And like what naren mentioned above, you can always hold 20k, send 20k, then hold another 10k, then send it too

      Wise rate ways better than banks, but we can't send back any Non-MYR to local banks with wise. Another option is sending to ibkr, either let it hold for interest with > 10k usd, or from ibkr back to local banks, beware of the ibkr withdrawal hold period and withdrawal fees which is usually low.

    Hyperrealistic 3D Saitama Recreation
    GPT-4
    User
    Uploaded image
    Give me a detailed prompt to recreate this image as clear and hyperealistic as possible in 3d
    ChatGPT
    Certainly! Here's a detailed prompt for recreating the given image in a hyperrealistic 3D format:
    3D Model Prompt for a Hyperrealistic "One Punch Man"
    Character Model: Saitama (One Punch Man)
    Head: Create a smooth, bald head, paying close attention to the subtle contours of a real human skull. Use high-resolution textures for skin, including pores, subtle scars, and blemishes.
    Eyes: Craft slightly angular eyes with a determined expression. Use reflective textures for the eyes to give them depth and realism.
    Body: Model a muscular physique, but not overly bulky. Remember to include fine details like veins, muscle striations, and skin texture.
    Costume
    Yellow Jumpsuit: This should be tight-fitting, revealing the muscle definition underneath. Use a fabric texture that has a slight sheen, suggesting a synthetic material. Incorporate realistic creases and folds, especially around the joints.
    Red Gloves and Boots: Model these with a leather texture. The gloves should appear thick and padded, especially around the knuckles. The boots should show wear and have realistic creases.
    White Cape: Create a flowing cape that has the appearance of being wind-blown. The fabric should be lightweight, allowing for a lot of movement. Incorporate fine details such as fabric threads and subtle wear.
    Pose
    Replicate the dynamic pose from the image: left fist forward in a punching gesture and right fist clenched by his side. Ensure the weight distribution appears accurate to maintain a sense of realism.
    Lighting and Environment
    Use a three-point lighting system: a key light from the front-right, a fill light from the left, and a backlight to create a rim light effect on Saitama's silhouette.
    Although the environment isn't visible in the image, consider placing the character in a cityscape during sunset. This can create dramatic shadows and a warm glow, amplifying the hyperrealistic feel.
    Camera Angle and Focus
    Keep the camera angle at a low-to-mid level, looking slightly upwards at Saitama, emphasizing his dominance.
    Use a shallow depth of field, keeping Saitama in sharp focus while subtly blurring the background.
