  • 1994 Blistered Fingers Bluegrass Festival in Sidney, Maine. Hosted by Greg and Sandy Cormier, this program features legendary fiddler Kenny Baker (1926-2011) and Dobro pioneer Josh Graves (1927-2006). They were accompanied by a festival pick up band.
    This program was originally produced in 1994 as part of 14-week television series, Mainely Bluegrass. Don DePoy was the executive producer/director of the series. The programs were distributed and aired over Maine and New Hampshire Public Broadcasting Networks in 1993, 1994, and 1995.

    So glad to find this. Great footage from two great guys! And wow to 10 year old (then) fiddler Erica Brown (18:10). Kenny shows the respect and Josh with his legendary wit - "I didn't learn my ABCs until I was 14. "

      Howie was a pick up bass player - it was HOT and he was there all weekend and a snagged to be the bass player for Kenny and Josh as was the guitar player,
