I love AEW for exposing me to talent I had never seen on a consistent basis, and for hitting “refresh” on so much talent that was misused elsewhere. In AEW, Anyone of these guys could be champion and I will stand up and clap. Because they’re credible.
This "best of" format would be cool as a monthly show. With Elevation, Dark, Dynamite & Rampage each week, it adds up to quite a lot of matches over the month & would be good to have a monthly best of/recap show here on TH-cam.

I agree, but it might be because neither guy is signed to AEW and they mostly wanted to feature a match which had at least one currently signed talent. . Limelight signed to MLW and Takeshita is the Open weight champ in DDT currently.

I roughly which are which era of AEW but it would be awesome to have some clarity and see the wrestler's progression.

They don’t do it cuz they’re all about being legitimate there’s no real way to legitimize mixed matches not enough physical capability usually on the other side to truely make it convincing it’s painfully obvious when the guy is taking it easy and shit also in comparison it just doesn’t t sell well

Marco Stunt brings it every time he's in that ring regardless of size, Penelope and Riho literally gave us examples of it working in this collection but it doesn't "sell" to you because your obviously a male chauvinist.

I was team WCW during The War. I loved Saturday Morning and Thunder. Dark and Elevation both feel like a solid mix of Saturday and Thunder in that you get to watch guys grow from show to show and month to month
