just remembering that GT7 is a crossgen game, which does not use the full graphical potential of the PS5 due to limitations on the PS4, even so, it is a graphically insane game, also ACE looks incredible, amazing job by Kunos
Sick of hearing this. Multiple time it was stated by the creator of GT7 that it was made for the ps5 in mind, this is why the psvr2 version is there, which only works in the ps5. Can't use that excuse. The ps5 version has ray tracing, how did that happen if it was built for the PS4? Fare enough they are only in replays, but that's a limit of the ps5, not because of the ps4. The game wasn't developed for the PS4 with the ps5 in mind. It was the other way around.
@Sunay_galo 100% truth. No one gets that and makes excuses like this person below your post. They had PS5 in mind, but it was built using PS4 hardware, but the PS5 can give it a little boost. If it were built solely on PS5 hardware only, I'm sure it would be different. Only difference from the PS4 Pro version and PS5, because I played it on PS4 and PS4 Pro, is that the PS5 is able to run at 100-120 FPS and it has slightly more grass. That is all I've noticed on visuals and framerates. Nothing else. So yes, I am positive that it just a PS4 game getting a slight boost on its older hardware. Nothing more. And PSVR2 is just able to run that PS4 hardware on the more powerful PS5, where as the PS4 could not. The PS4 VR technology was far behind. At first I loved it but when PS5 got PSVR2, man, the differences were huge. It's like a PC spec headset on console. PS5 Pro has ray tracing in-game, but again, it's just boosting old hardware. It's not using the full capabilities of the PS5 and PS5 only. It only seems okay to make that "excuse' when othwr games get held back from previous gen consoles though. I've heard it numerous times and no one cared. But when someone says it about GT7 being held back, they all lose it.
i will admit the follow camera looks way better in ACE, I play Gt7 and hate the 3rd person camera its too stiff. thats all gt7 needs and also a free roam mode and it would actually be the best racing game ever published so far 💯💯

GT7 physics is underrated. I switch between ACC and GT7 and I do notice that GT7 seems to replicate the nuances of modern power steering very well. Polyphony seem to be putting a lot of work into replicating the unique DNA of each car and translating the force feedback in a way that allows us to get a good feeling of cars unique character. That said I’ve never driven a GT3 car. And I’m limited to that in ACC. To me ACC translates raw track physics incredibly. It’s more engaging. I feel it more realistic but they still have a long way to translate the unique DNA of each vehicle if that makes sense. BOP aside, each car just feels too similar in ACC. Yes they’ve translated the raw torque and power but the character of each vehicle is what GT7 does so well. Even if it’s less ‘engaging’. I doubt it would take much for GT7 to make the jump into hardcore racing simulator league. It’s a matter of dialing up the physics. Reducing the assists etc…
Considering GT7 is a near three year old game designed for four year old hardware.....I know it's running on a Pro but the difference is really mild to the base machine.
Car model in gt7 10/10 everything else looks like it had a different artist for every asset like road/grass/people/building/and sky and just copied paste all together and makes the whole game look unnatural. Assetto Corsa EVO trumps Gran Turismo 7 without question! In early access, ACE already has better physics, cockpits, sounds, audience, stands, foliage, and more attention to detail overall. Once Kunos implements the final version of crash barriers, skid marks/tire compound/debris on the tracks, banners/signs, and a richer color palette, it's a done deal. The open world aspect will be the icing on the cake which makes ACE the only sim racer to play. It's not even close. Grand Turismo has been overrated for a very long time.
@@I17A27 Even if it may not be to everyone's liking, I'm voicing the collective sentiment of the sim racing community. No weak console can ever match the performance of a high-end PC-this isn't even up for debate. ACE, even in its early access phase, already outperforms Gran Turismo 7 in terms of driving experience and visuals. The final version of ACE is set to be even better, widely regarded as the best racing simulator ever created. This is the prevailing opinion-just ask around. When Gran Turismo 8 launches for the PlayStation 6, the console's hardware will already be outclassed by the latest gaming PCs, as is typically the case. Gran Turismo fans will have to come to terms with this reality. Moreover, since the days of Chequered Flag (1983) and REVS (1986), PC sim racers have been the blueprint for the genre. @@F9109-r1e you can see for yourself the cars I own on my TH-cam channel. And no video game comes close to actually replicating real life driving. It’s silly to actually think that. But judging from this video, gt7 is more accurate.

Good to see Evo with physics closer to GT than Forza.
EVOs physics far surpass both of those games. GT7 has ACE beat in terms of car models but the driving goes to EVO.
@MoptopTofer We need to give Evo more time. Too early to tell.
@@Mickice In terms of driving feel, it's by far the best I've ever played. As you say, time will tell with other aspects. Hopefully in order to appease iracing crowds they don't deteriorate the actual driving physics.
@@Mickice what? ACE is head and shoulders above any GT iteration in physics and FFB, and it has been since the very first time it was shown at sim racing expo lmao. this is a sim, the physics of neither forza or GT are anything like it. and they don't try to be either, GT and forza are designed to be played with a gamepad.
@@Mickice you specifically spoke about physics which the original ac had far more realistic physics than any GT game and what is a fact is that evo has even better and more realistic physics. Nothing to wait and see, we already see it.
No surprise gt7 wins again
Additionally, GT7 also runs on PS4
The sound is much closer to real life in GT7
GT7 looks much better. ACE looks washed out, foggy. The blue sky and the street is not dark and sharp enough. The cockpit view is better in ACE.
Really looking forward to a fully functional ACE as have a G27 wheel so could only play GT7 by amepad but GT7 did nail the colour pallete perfectly. Not saying ACE looks bad, far from it, but GT7 got it spot on...
I have 2500 dollars PC and still EVO loks like shit
they still need to do something about the car paintwork... it still looks a bit static
? Are you saying car paint should be moving around?
@ I miss a little more light, shadow and reflection movement
@@JohnSeven-o4y Ah gotcha. So it’s the lighting that’s too static.
@ exactly
I have never understood why PD always has to make their shadows pitch black, i know its a stylist choice that makes for higher contrast but shadows in real life are not 0,0,0 pitch black. It looks so goofy racing from the cockpit view, your are in total darkness at times in the cockpit. Thats not how our eyes work 😆😆. We adjust and can see the entire car interior clearly as well as what is going on outside. Its midnight inside the car but outside its noon, makes no sense 😆😆

Why are all the lights on AC Evo?
GT7>>>>>>>>ac evo
GT7 physics look more realistic.
But it isn’t in comparison and that’s the funny thing
Assetto Corsa blows away GT in driving physics.
@ Then why the car behaves like a boat in the video?
@@mikeus77There's a hell of a difference between watch and feel. You can make an arcade game look natural and smoother, but that doesn't mean it's more realistic. Sounds crazy but it's the way it is.
@@fanzach9524 Alright, I'll give you that. I've never played EVO so I don't know how it feels but it does look wonky in the video.

are you using the default filter in ACE?
yes
Ac evo = 2500€ pc
Gt7 350 € beautifull and easy to use
Go to ps5 gt7 …
Ps5 Vr are incredible compare to pc vr
ACE looks really good, but it feels sorta off from GT7 but i cant pinpoint where, in sounds, GT7 is way better, in ACE you can still hear the loops from the FMOD file, and the Subie's sound feels like the GT86 from the original AC, and even if its an automatic gearbox, shouldnt it cut down the throttle when upshifting like in gt7? Overall i think Kunos and 505 could've done or will do better with sounds, considering KCMIRO, who, as far as i know, is a single person and creates insanely good exhaust sounds for AC.
The only thing that will keep people from leaving forza now is kaido circuit if they release the track.
Oky GT7 is the best game there sick i am not a GT7 player but man they're killing it the reflection are sick
I have paused the video at 3 min 30 secs. Very clear GT7 is better visually.
firstly we need to put aside that GT7 clearly has motion blur while AC evo does not, this gives the impression the texture is sharper for the tarmac on AC evo, but its a fault of motion blue on GT7. With that aside its very clear to see shadows are handled better on GT7, a pin sharp shadow is not a good shadow, shadows do not behave that way, they are suppose to be pin sharp when extremely close to the object casting shadow and then become softer and more diffuse the further away from the object it is. As we can see here the gantry shadow is pin sharp on Evo even though the shadow is not meeting the shadow casting object, very sharp, not very lifelike. GT7 on the other hand has a softer more diffuse shadow... then if we look to the left at the guard rail/concrete we can see an element of light bounce in GT7, the shadow on the concrete is a different shade to the shadow on the ground thanks to light bounce onto the concrete. On AC evo the shadow is pretty much uniformly one shade regardless of the material properties, quite poor actually.
Secondly reflections are also clearly superior on GT7, the cars paint is reflecting the world around it while on AC evo the paint dull and not very reflective at all... this can be seen on the boot/trunk lid in particular. It could be argued they are two different shades of blue and that is ofcourse true but both will be representing a metallic paint and GT7 represents it excellently.
Thirdly ambient occlusion looks far too aggressive on AC evo and far more natural on GT7, an example of this again would be on the edge of the boot lid which in AC evo looks far too dark and unrealistic, the pain color is lost in shadow while on GT7 the boot lid meets the bumper naturally, very subtle ambient occlusion maintaining color and detail.
Fourth AC evo has got the car model wrong, the spoiler is suppose to meet the lights but it does not, instead it is almost placed on as a seperate element, its simply wrong. The rear lights are also a poor representation of glass, this can be seen on the right side rear light element where the top is almost mat and plastic like with no reflection of the light, far better on GT7.
Track detail can be argued either way, its likely AC evo will represent a more up to date version of the tracks and trackside detail.
Visually GT7 is much better, AC evo looks good but if you really dig into it and actually look at a frame side by side its pretty clear GT7 is better looking.
I am an AC evo player, have over 3k hours in ACC, over 5k hours in AC... less than 200 hours in GT7... not in any way a GT fanboy... but absolutely loved classics like GT3/4.
just remembering that GT7 is a crossgen game, which does not use the full graphical potential of the PS5 due to limitations on the PS4, even so, it is a graphically insane game, also ACE looks incredible, amazing job by Kunos
dumbass forza is a full cross platform game running on million different hardwares
Lmfao!!! This is indeed maxed out PS5 version 😢
@@Sunay_galo as I said to you Forza is cross platform has to run on million different pcs
This pre-release of ACE is already better than GT7

Sound inaccurate in ac evo and everthing is good
Prefer tarmac textures in ACE
GT7 is miles ahead of AC Evo when it comes to graphics. AC Evo looks like Forza. Washed out
Well, I'll take AC's defense and blame the settings used here. AC can look very nice and sharp. Don't use the upscaling option. FSR3 is terrible even on Ultra Quality

AC evo looks way better than gran turismo on ultra settings

Yeah yeah right, make a comparison of a beta game with game that was released 3 years ago, ofcourse it will be better in graphics and sound

I think ACE's graphics are similar to Project Cars 3.🎉
comparing arcade to sim is funny 😆
AC EVO laguna is last version
GT7 better
Why does GT 7 driver rest his hand on shifter all the time, even in corners?
apex is lava
Considering GT7 is a near three year old game designed for four year old hardware.....I know it's running on a Pro but the difference is really mild to the base machine.
Car model in gt7 10/10 everything else looks like it had a different artist for every asset like road/grass/people/building/and sky and just copied paste all together and makes the whole game look unnatural. ACC evo has that Forza look. Where everything feels like it belongs plus the benefits of better car detail. EVO 1st FORZA 2nd GT7 3rd

Не кури больше всякую гадость 😅😂😂
So, whether you like it or not, ACE is the new gold standard.
