Thank GOD I found your video. I needed to replace the driver side window main switch. Every other video said was to pop off the plate covering and around the switch. All I did was break two clips. Than I found your video. I followed your instructions and watched it multiple times and was able to replace the driver side window main window switch. Very easy with your instructions. Thanks.

Will I have a hard time replacing the regulator if the window is already stuck in the closed position?

How do I do it if my window is already stuck all the way down?

If the window is stuck all the way down (or up) and you can't get the bolts to line up. I felt behind the panel until I came across the cable. I pushed it over to the hole towards the center I removed the plug from, then clipped the wire. The window moved freely after that. If it's stuck up, support the window before cutting. You will have to manually manipulate the window to get the two bolts from the glass.

My situation: rear passenger windown stopped working. Replaced door handle on drivers door - suddenly rear passenger window started working again. Time went by, window stopped working again. Took drivers door panel and passenger door panel off to see if maybe cables weren't fully connected. Everything seems fine. When you try to lower window nothing happens - no noise of any sort - would that probably be the motor?

So I had almost the exact same problem. After replacing the motor Ky window still wouldn’t move so I checked the wiring with a test light and wasn’t getting a connection in the door. Tuens out the wiring cable’s in the door jam of both the front driver side & passenger side had a ton of water in them. I unplugged them & dried them with compressed air and popped them back in and everything is working perfect now. Not sure if that’s your problem but it’s a idea.

For the life of me, can somebody tell me what the back two windows are called so I can replace the motor in them?

+Jarod Rael Thanks for watching! As long as you have the new part in hand you can always cut the cable. That will free up the glass so you can move it up or down.
