  • Sport as a setting for health promotion action
In 2024, France is hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Games and is emphasising the legacy of the games for the French people, in particular by promoting the positive impact of sport(1) (health, inclusion, education, etc.). Today, sports organisations are diversifying and widening their offer to include sport for all, social responsibility and health promotion. This session shows how sports organisations can promote health, and highlights the challenges and successes of this process.
