The game is dota 2. There are certain hero abilities such as Rubick's levitate thing and Darkseer's vacuum that can throw/push enemy heroes onto certain cliffs that require you to teleport or cut down trees to escape.
It has always been a part of dota that you can not go into certain areas of the terrain by walking so you have to either blink or get pushed there. once you are there you are stuck until you leave the way you came or tp out. Personally, I love this aspect of the game. It makes for times of great plays and comedy (as we can see here) hahaha.
Not knowing that this is from Game Grumps, I actually thought it was from a serial and got hyped about finding and watching it. lol ;( Some amazing lines, there, I don't know if it's the music, or their voices but it really got me hyped up.
