Is this k&n more of a replacement panel filter or more of an induction kit??

Yeah mate its just a k&n to replace the oe filter.

Also do you notice more of a noise difference compared to stock??

With the lid off yes but that was only for the vid, when driving with the airbox lid bqck on not much of a sound difference feels a bit more responsive but my old filter was due a change anyway
