I'll say it like this, skills are very important in a fight. I personally witnessed a guy that was about 5'10" 160 make a dude 6'2" 210 back up. My partner was the smaller guy and he kept getting bumped into by this dude in a club one night. Around the third time, he looked straight into his chest and told him, the next time we're going to have a problem. Well, that next time came and my boy put some hands on him. All these years later and I can still hear those fists hitting ol boys face and him backing up. He got quite a surprise because he assumed he would take my partner, that didn't work out for him at all. Lesson of the day, don't ever underestimate your opponent.

Yep! Agreed. Floyd wanted no part of 50 cent because 50 cent has a boxing background. A complete amateur with size will almost always get knocked out by a pro that's half his size
I think in the longer conversation they had, Zab was mildly annoyed that Vlad thought MJW could endanger Tyson in a match with Boxing rules. MJW himself said Floyd would beat him in that context though he added that he wouldn't be physically hurt by Floyd, he'd just have points clocked up against him. MJW has slightly different comments about who he could beat when the person hasn't been dead over 40 years
Are we still doing this? Peace to ZAB. He's definitely knocking out untrained big dudes on the street. Put an equally skilled big man in that fight and the dynamic changes instantly.
You have to provide context. You can't just say size doesn't matter. That's like saying anyone can beat up a much bigger person. Any TRAINED man will usually defeat a much bigger man who is UNTRAINED. If a small man fought a bigger man who is trained the small guy will almost always lose. Only way he wins is if he uses martial arts against a boxer.

If you get in a street fight with a pro boxer better wrestle them if they get RANGE AND DISTANCE YOU WONT SEE THEM PUNCHES COMING
and amateur boxers too, any trained boxer with considerable skill.
your punches are useless against them because they slip/block/counter or even take so many good punches, to them your punches are nothing. You wont be able to either touch them nor hurt them if you somehow manage, and you get countered and knocked out.
and unless you are a trained wrestler, wrestling might not be your best bet either, because they are trained in footwork and positioning, they probably would knock you out trying to apply some schoolyard bully wrestling on them
If you get in a street fight with a boxer, get help from other people, a weapon, or run away
