As far as Cohen is concerned, David Oscar Marcus is wrong. He didn't say he would avoid social media and after a couple hours it was moot. Instead, Cohen said he wouldn't talk about the trial or attack Trump on social media until he made his testimony, and he's apparently stuck to that so far. Of course, Cohen talks about things unrelated to Trump or the trial in his podcast etc.
