I was lucky enough to find an original Morgen at a flea market for a dollar. It was in a box with typical Goodwill junk. When i was paying the guy for it he said, i almost kept this for myself. Im glad he didnt. This was about 10 years ago.
Do you know the Terry Brooks album Translucent World? Also you should both check out The Bevis Frond first 3 albums. You’d love them. As good if not better than everything you’ve shown and in the same vein. Also a US band called The Simones. Killer heavy psych with screaming guitars. Bottled lightning!
Mark Forster Bottles Lightning love it! Yes know Bevis great indeed and Terry Brooks, not familiar with The Simones. Will check it out. Always need some bottled lightning!
Are you guys familiar with Seiche "Demo Press"? A band from Chicago, recorded this one record in 1981 but sounds like 1971. Recently reissued on Jackpot. Amazing hard rock psych.
Hi Dillon. I'm not a collector but you recently featured a hawkwind album pertaining to be hall of the mountain grill. I think the cover you showed was in search of space? The hall cover is actually of the mountain grill. Which was a greasy spoon cafe. Only saying as I bought it new back in the day. Also are you aware of their really bad first album. Hurry on sundown. Love the vids. Gary. Anglesey Wales.
Very entertaining and informative video. Learned a few new records. PS: The video should rather be called: "Originals I will never own, with Dots & Loops" 😄
@Dots & Loops Records & Film "I am old" 🙈😂. Judging by the beard, looks a Dillion times older than you 🤣. Joking aside. It is getting easier and easier to find such jewellery through the internet, but it is getting more and more expensive. But just when you least expect it, a treasure for little money pops up.
I might’ve said this before but the founder of Rockadelic Records goes by the handle Rockadelic on the once-great SoulStrut website. His knowledge is insane within the psych genre, and he’s probably reachable.
I have a few JD Blackfoot posters from way back if you are interested in one Dillon I can send you one. I will have to dig to find them but I am sure I still have them somewhere. I bought out a music stores advertisements back in the later 90s.
No, this Steel Mill is a British band. Very little info out there about them but their only album (from '72) is fantastic. The best way I can describe it is a mix of heavy prog rock, jazz and folk with a dark, mystical atmosphere. A personal favourite of mine that I highly recommend!
I’m tryin to get in touch with Dan. Is he ok? His last video was taken down almost immediately. What’s up? Is he ok? Sorry to bother you but I’m concerned dig? Get back please. Thanks
Cool choices. Novembers third album "6:e november" is as good as the first two albums. Two great albums you didn't mention(I'm sure you know of them) is Captain Beyond "Captain Beyond" and Highway Robbery "For Love or Money"

That’s insane you took the time to list them! Wow! Thanks a million! Great additions also! Cheers
This was killer guys, like two tennis champs slugging it out deep in the 5th.....thanks for the killer showings......now quest try find a few👍🏽🧩
Trigger tunes Right on! Hope all is well!!! 🤙
All killer🙌🏻
I was lucky enough to find an original Morgen at a flea market for a dollar. It was in a box with typical Goodwill junk. When i was paying the guy for it he said, i almost kept this for myself. Im glad he didnt. This was about 10 years ago.
Wow! It’s insane man! Love that record!
James Short That’s nuts! Good for you man!
@@dotsloops7486 thanks! Out of the hundreds of hours i have rooted through dusty boxes of old records, this was by far my best find.
HAVE YOU HEARD ETERNAL THIRST BY MU ? A REAAL GONE SOLID SENDER ; 50 YEARS IN FRONT OF ITS TIME !!!
My Toad isn't a gatefold. Nice to have tho.
Russian bootleg?
Saw a Strawberry Path for around 75... Wish I'd picked it up now. killer artwork too
jgyokohama Damn! Jeff! Strawberry Path for 75 is a nice price but don’t want to rub it in. Hope it comes your way man! Cheers!!!
16:15 what album was that?
Toad 1971
Noble Records thx you sir
Bulbous mau be from missouri? But i may be wrong! Nice video guys!! Very informative..
Peter Brickley Thanks Peter!
I haven't heard of any of this (except The Human Instinct, because of Dillon)...I have some learnin' to do.
Dan is brilliant! He’s a deep diver for sure!
Are you guys familiar with Seiche "Demo Press"? A band from Chicago, recorded this one record in 1981 but sounds like 1971. Recently reissued on Jackpot. Amazing hard rock psych.
Alexander Avni I am not! Cool recommendation. Will check it out. There is so much! Cheers
Thanks for watching!
Very entertaining and informative video. Learned a few new records.
PS: The video should rather be called: "Originals I will never own, with Dots & Loops" 😄
Hahahah yeah you and me both 🤣 he has a heck of a collection
Too funny! They are out there. Took a few years! I am old, not like Dillion :) Thanks for watching!
@Dots & Loops Records & Film
"I am old" 🙈😂.
Tim Costner Thanks Tim! I appreciate the hook up! Cheers
Had to make a playlist out of all these albums.. full albums only.

I have a few JD Blackfoot posters from way back if you are interested in one Dillon I can send you one. I will have to dig to find them but I am sure I still have them somewhere. I bought out a music stores advertisements back in the later 90s.
Oh man! That would be amazing! Let me know!!!
@@noblerecords I will start digging. I am pretty sure they are out in the garage somewhere.
@@noblerecords Well that didn't take long. Where do I send it? I can Google your shop address if that is okay. I will have to find a shipping tube.
Is the steel mill early Springsteen? Loved seeing that one.
No, this Steel Mill is a British band. Very little info out there about them but their only album (from '72) is fantastic. The best way I can describe it is a mix of heavy prog rock, jazz and folk with a dark, mystical atmosphere. A personal favourite of mine that I highly recommend!
Thanks guys! Dan, you may have answered my question are Canadian pressings worth less or does it depend on the artist?
Depends in my experience. I would say generally CDN press can be found more affordably. Not always, but mostly. Good hunting! Cheers
FARM WOW!!!!
Bob Goldesberry It’s a great rural burner! Cheers
Anyone know what happened to Dan's channel, can't find any videos
He’s taking a break. Hopefully he will be back!
@@noblerecords Thank you
I’m tryin to get in touch with Dan.

MegaManiac Almost grabbed my Highway Robbery. Will next time! Captain Beyond? Killer!!!
