I am eagerly anticipating mine. My Joe shelf has a gaping hole in it, waiting for the general. I have had this theory about the Joe Team's creative process on making these figures. I swear, there must have been an instruction that was, "Imagine which actor you'd want playing the part of this figure in a movie. Then design the head sculpt around that actor." Because a lot of these figures look like specific actors. IN Hawk's case....he looks like Bruce Campbell. I am going to take the Arctic Bat's saw blade and put it on his hand and have him say, "Groovy!" Or hold his shotgun aloft and proclaim, 'THIS! IS MY.....BOOOOOM-STICK!!!!!" lol
I got my Hawk from the Amazon pre order. I never had the original figure as a kid. I don't have that many of the original comics but one of them had a couple of other generals. One arm had tight joints and the weapons were fine. I remember seeing the orginal figure wearing a jacket but I don't remember if it was a bomber style jacket.
@@dzsquad1965 I don’t … but that’s a great idea! Some Joes are put together differently so not all Joes are the same .. I’ll put one together this weekend along with a few other things I wanted to talk about.

I was a little confused how you felt about West Point. ;-). kidding! great review, keep up the great work!
hi there, i believe that is a cobra stunn vehicle it came with the motor-viper.
Yep! Thats it
Looking forward to mine, but I will be swapping out his weapons with a few other figures’ because the load out he comes with is all wrong.
Also it was supposedly designed to pull down on the shoulder joint to achieve a “T” pose stupid I know.
How are the arms brother?
They are ok .. odd thing is that the one on his left side works great butter smooth … the other one you have to press to move it. Just inconsistent
